Staff too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge the customers they setve. Happens frequently

The staff are useless and the furthest from friendly. Expect no smiles and no service if you go here. Best to go elsewhere for what you need if you can

I came here a few months ago and my experience was sound. Reasonably priced, staff were able to assist me with my enquires and the service provided was fair.

Friendly staff and a good range of products available. However, I asked if I could order something at the store to be delivered from another Bunnings store which seemed to be too much for the salesperson I spoke to, as he suggested I just call the store I wanted it delivered from.

I had the best service i have ever had at Bunning here, Brendan was so helpful and wasn't quite sure about one thing so made the effort and went and found someone who knew what i needed to know and came back to me and gave me all the info i needed, Thanks so much Brendan you should get a pay rise.

Good size but I like the bigger stores with more range. While this has heaps of stuff if your looking for a very specific item you might need to go online and get it delivered.

Drove a long distance to get here, picked up a few items but wanted keys cut, one staff member told me to come back after lunch when some one could do it, another said the machine is broken and go to Home hardware. Good business training.

The staff are so helpful here and don't mind stopping for a quick chat to see how your day is going and if there's anything you need. Doesn't carry all the lines that the bigger Bunnings have but you would get what you need no problems.

Love the store (of course) it has all the best of gear of what ever you need be and a lot of things you didn't need until you saw it good clean friendly people and a toilet

Fairly good range and generally easy to find a staff member to assist you. Because its a smaller store, the range is more limited than others i have been to, though from what I understand you can order things into the store that you see online though is not normally available at the SH store.have a good BBQ on the weekends.

Not happy with the aisle service, if they don't know what your talking about they should at least try and find someone that does.

Spent 1000s of dollars here in past month go in today and stupid security from swan hill security wouldn't let me in so shopped at HOME HARDWARE SPENT 400 DOLLARS THERE SO STUFF BUNNING

Absolutely disgusted to see cash register staff NOT wearing ANY covid safe protection. Every customer within store has to pass through this point! Also many other staff NOT wearing basic masks properly with only mouth covered. Swan Hill is an active covid area. Wake up Bunnings!

An all girl crew serving, no service to speak of more interested in their own conversation. At other times have had excellent assistance from those working out on the floor. Desk girls letting the others down. PS I am an elderly woman.

Bunnings, is realy the best hardware you can get.they have everything you need and more, all at the best prices you can find.all different things for everyone.

Stock is awesome staff have a lot left to be desired on several occasions I have either witnessed or personally watched as people old infermed etc struggle with large example "20" kg bags of wood and staff standing around having a gossip session or pretending they are busy which is one of my pet peevs in a customer based and should be focused arena.of wood

This was the second time I've been to THIS Bunning. I was somewhat disappointed that they only had one range of shower curtains - a range I don't like. This being said however, the staff are helpful and welcoming. I've yet to explore the rest of the shop. I've only wandered half of the main room. So more visits are gonna be happening.
