Midday on a Friday.
Self service closed. 1 worker on register.

One girl out the front ignoring saying hello to people as they walk in or good bye as they leave.
Why? She too busy flirting with the " security guard " at the door next to her. Lift your game Bunnings

Ordered a kitchen. Delivery was cancelled without notice after taking a day off work especially for the delivery. Delivery organised for the following Saturday. No confirmation of delivery. Called 45 times throughout the week to be put on hold and hung up on rather than the called answered. The staff have the worst customer service and weren’t helpful at all. This has been a horrible experience and put me off Bunnings for future hardware orders.

First.put aside some time. This place is vast and they seem to have everything on the shelf.
Second. Grab big trolley and go all the way to one end. It's the only way. The full tour.
Third. Enjoy. Just as I do. It's my happy place.

Plumbing section never stocked for basic copper pipe fitting…. Seems like these days you need to visit 3 Bunnings stores to complete a basic shopping list.

Maybe after the restrictions. When the common people like me can walk in and not only just the tradies.

I went there today for few things. Can’t find it easily and looked for any staff around for 10-15 mins to no success. Went to Information desk and he tried to contact any staff - to no success as someone was on break and he suggested same - look for some staff avail on your own efforts for another 15 mins.

IT IS A TOTAL DISGRACE! I know the store concept is self service.

But this is NO SERVICE AT ALL.why can’t you remove all the staff another as part of customer proposition and remove that Information desk?

Came to pick up an order (drive and collect) couldn't find a way into the designated bays as they were all blocked off. After some ducking and weaving through the parking lot I found an entrance.

I was then promptly yelled at as this was a drive and collect zone. I told him I was and he said I came in the wrong way.

This made me incredibly distressed, as there was no obvious signage directing me to go anywhere other than the way I came through.

As someone on the spectrum, I absolutely cannot handle being yelled at. I won't be coming to this particular store again, if this is how the staff will react to someone not knowing where to go.

Absolutely hopeless store. Ordered online for drive and collect. Got to the store carpark called the number and it says phone is switched off, get out of my car and head to the entrance of the store to ask for my order and no surprises theres security at the door asking for a vax certificate which i dont have hence why i done drive and collect. Obviously i cant go into the store but i finally got to speak to someone to collect my order. Had to wait 25 minutes at the entrance to the store for them to find the item because even though they had sent an email telling me to collect it they hadnt actually done it. I get home and realise the item has a slit from a stanley knife across it and there is a part missing, so now i have to go back again and most likely wait another 25 minutes to rectify the issue. This store clearly has issues because while i was waiting there were approximately 5 people who walked out swearing and complaining. I would not recommend this store. Absolutely hopeless with no customer service skills what so ever!

Next day collect is a joke! Waiting, calling nada! …past 4days.summer flies will get here before service.first & last time with this store! Jst to find someone that can assist and complete a service online or via phone is too much! C’mon Sunshine store …. Strip that name!

Booked a click and collect, got an email confirmation that it was ready, gave plenty of notice for what time I would be there, now sitting in the car for 30 mins because they haven't got my order ready.

I had a bad experienced with the security guy. He did not let me in even when I got me passing card and let the other person in instead. I feel really upset and racist.

Delivered to the wrong house.
Called and emailed multiple times.
Met with excessive hold times.
No response to emails.
Finally got through. Told you the correct address. Lady took the correct address.
You still delivered to the wrong address and when I called and asked where my package went you acknowledged that your team had taken my correct address and still managed to send it to the wrong address.
Your online order system for some reason split my order into pick up and then the rest for delivery. I live 50 minutes walk and don’t currently have a car, so when you asked me to come and pick up the order that I’d paid $10 delivery for I was a bit stir crazy.
I was amused and upset at the same time.
I paid $10 for delivery and nothing was delivered to the right address.

Still amused. Had to walk down to the other end of the road to pick up my delivery.

At least I got the exercise?

I love all Bunnings Warehouses! I wish I had a property with a shed that was Bunnings Used to live in Sunshine and this was my version of a walk by the beach!

Got a confirmation email about my order
A week later and I've sent 3 emails to customers service and no reply but money's gone from my account and can't get hold of anyone from Bunnings

Very rude service especially from that short man with yellow teeth who served me, he had no clue what so ever, he was unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. You people need to start training your staff correctly. And you probably should test them every so often, I want to get in and get out not hear someone's sob story and there love life, there on and off again relationship problems, who dates there colleagues these days. Get a room, I seen a few times some lovey dovey action taking place in the isle. I often shop at bunnnings and this is the only bunnings where i have been also insulted by a staff member for living in the west, and growing up in the west and being called scum for it, is not on.you should employ local people.

After waiting 53 hours for my order i decided to follow up and i eventually got hold of Marie and thanks to her, for doing her job, she sorted out my items i was waiting for.great job
excellent job to Peter for following up with a phone call and cutting my wood to specification and to Tony for listening to what i wanted.these 3 individuals need to be employee off the month.

Maria helped me with some click and collect orders over the lockdowns and gave me a call when items weren’t in stock. She is really helpful and pleasant to deal with.
