Not All together Helpful with what i was looking For, I had to find what i wanted Myself, Also there were no means to cut the Length of the Down Pipe that i Bought.

Bunnings is fantastic when you know where something is. But finding help well is not always great. There is room for improvement Bunnings.

Took back a packet of screw's to return and was confronted with four men returning about 8 trolleys worth of products OMG one person on the return counter till, one older gentleman waiting to get his dog tag engraved, another person came over and started to help the girl already serving, I asked them to serve the older gentleman and the staff member said I’m helping her first, really hand him his bloody dog tag and serve me two minutes it would have taken NO Bunnings can get rooted no customer service any more a lot of people going to Mitre 10 now at least they are helpful,

I've been a big user & fan of Bunnings for the past 10 years, sadly in 2023 it has been going down hill fast. The help & knowledge from staff has dropped right off & price labels on many items are not placed in correct places. If Bunnings want to keep there good name & customer's they need to turn back time to good customer service & store organisation.

Went to collect my special order and only 1 person on the desk who was with people. She called somebody else on the phone to come to the desk and i was left standing there 15 minutes. Finally some woman waddles up in slow motion paying me no attention her and tweedle dummer start joking and clowning around and she's saying sorry for calling you and she replies no you're not and they're going through this slow motion schoolgirl routine giggling at each other not concerned in the slightest about the customer who's been standing there all this time and finally tweedle dum says to tweedle dummer that guy over there, pointing to me and still, another joke and a bit of banter before she moves like a tortoise in my direction and i just said "shouldn't someone be saying sorry to me? Well you should have seen the look on their faces. Just pathetic staff not fit to work on a hot dog stand.

A nice lady advised me not to take too many boxes because there was not enough. I wanted 3 small boxes. What a joke surely Bunnings can do better in Shepparton

Although the parking lot was extremely busy the garden centre entrance and area wasn't crowded and provided either manual check-in conducted by staff with ipads or a DIY QR code option. Staff were efficient at the makeshift double checkout ensuring little queues and quick transactions.

Can never find a staff member when you need one and when you do they're hit and miss as to whether they'll even help you. Some rude staff in this place who really shouldn't be in customer service.

Bought a shed online and that was an easy process but a month later and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered despite payingfor delivery.  No contact from Bunnings at all about delivery

Very well stocked most of the time. Sometimes certain goods or of stock due to COVID-19. Great parking. Had an internal cage and toilets. Majority of staff very friendly when you can find them. Self check outs also available. Greeting on entry and exit.

Great improvement to our old Bunnings store, a lot more parking, Airconditioning, great range of hardware and staff are always to happy to help!

Its Bunnings, where the staff don't know and don't care.for some reason the staff get frustrated that you have to ask them where something is and they respond with attitude that implies you should know so don't bother me 'I don't care'.

Poor shopping trip told we couldn't go through one set of doors only to see them let others in
Pretty pety I know but what's good for one is good for the other.

I was looking for a detachable shower head, one that stayed put when you want to wash your hair, and then half in your hand etc. I found one a magnetic hand shower set. It stays put, Mondella is the brand name, it is worth the price, there are cheaper ones available but are not magnetic.

Been shopping at Bunnings (Shepparton) for years. Went to buy a plastic welding kit but they were out of stock and unknown when more will come in, was then told Echuca Bunnings had 6 off the wanted items and I would have to drive to Echuca to buy them as there new rule is Shepparton being a super store cannot transfer stock from a smaller store but a smaller store can transfer stock from a larger store. What a load of rubbish I had a 100klm round trip for Bunnings Shepparton which is our closest store and they want you to do a additional 70 klm to Echuca. Went down the road to Total tools and purchased my welding kit there. Won't be wasting my time next time.

Found myself a surprise item this morning.
Guy rope spring tensioner in the ropes section. Thought I'd have to buy these from a camping shop.

Bunnings is what we always expect, a wealth of stock to suit everyone conveniently.

I would like to see better air conditioning in store, but being such a massive open building, I don’t see this happening.

Staff are friendly and greet you at just about every turn, and are more than happy to help you out.

Best bunnings store in entire Northern Victoria. I live in Echuca but still drive an hour to get to this store, rather then going to Echuca one

Never any staff around in areas to ask questions or they don't work in that area. Need more compiant and pleasant staff to work in cafe. And to clean up the disgusting mess on food preparation areas.
