Best customer service experience I’ve ever had! Returning a faulty item, Charlie made a complicated situation seamless, he was knowledgeable, friendly and just made the whole process easy. Cant speak highly enough for that level of service Thankyou Charlie

I found this Bunnings quite welcoming as it was part of a Mall with Coles at the other end, along with a few takeaways, and other stores. I think it was less like a large high roofed warehouse than others I'd been to. And they had the paint I was after that other Bunnnigs didn't have.

Today our ladies group had the best experience in a workshop with the wonderful Gayle. We made planter boxes and Gayle had organised everything even down to popcorn and goodie bags. Gayle has such a gentle kind caring nature. All the girls enjoyed themselves so very much and we are looking forward to seeing Gayle in 2024 when we are making tool boxes. Gayle is such a huge asset to Bunnings Ringwood. You are very lucky to have her on your team. All the best. Annie

My mowing Trimer Ryobi burnt out and I visited the Ringwood Bunnings to ask for replacement as it has 4 years warranty.
The lady in Return desk told me that because you have not the receipt we are not able to give you a new one!
I asked them to check their computers for the transaction as I knew that they are able to do that.
She didn’t even check that and with her supervisor, Ben, and another Lady were looking for an excuse to not accept the replacement.
Ben said that because the trimmer is not cleaned it is not eligible for the replacement!
Of course this is not clean because of nature of its duty.
As it was the first time I met such unprofessional staff in Bunnings, I called the Complain center of Bunnings. They surprised when heard about the story and they did replacement on the phone.

Small is the reason for losing a star. Staff however are helpful and amazing as per every Bunnings I have found.

I went there but I didn't if you know what I mean. You don't: well I used it as a short cut from parking to the rest of the Ringwood Square Shopping. But I do love Bunnings when I'm in need of hardware etc.

Guy on the register was awesome.couldn't tap with phone as the battery was low so he went and got a portable charger in order to process the transaction

The range at this Bunnings is obviously limited by it being a bit smaller, but the customer service ratio is better and the staff seem to wear those red shirts with pride.

Great work by Healy & Amelia in the tool dept- went above & beyond to assist with a warranty claim. Others could learn from their patience and persistence. Thank you

Although a lot smaller than other local bunnings, I find it well set out with plenty of stock. Staff are always happy to say hi.

Alright for a quick visit might have some things bigger stores have but not the range big store has very handy within walking distance to me

It's big (ish), it's green, it's shed (like). Good range, helpful staff. When you can find them.

I filled my trolley with garden beds plants and soil. I'd left a packet of hooks at the service desk when I originally entered the store for an exchange. Today I only took my bankcard and phone instead of a big handbag. The girl at the checkout would not exchange the hooks without me producing ID. After waiting several minutes I told her to give me the hooks and that I will not be spending over a hundred dollars today as a result of the stress over a seven dollar pack of hooks. I will NOT spend in that Ringwood Bunnings again!

The staff here are particularly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to provide good advice. Nursery is a bit small, but the basics are covered here very well.

Great location but definitely a smaller store because of it. I'm pretty sure they don't do sausage sizzles too which is a bit of a a downer.

First time customer today at Bunnings Ringwood - not my usual Bunnings. I cannot give these guys enough praise - Bill, Ranjit and Pete (and the ladies on the door/registers - sorry I didn't catch your names!) were all super helpful with my DIY needs.

Staff could do with a little training in the customer service department, other than that it's a good local micro store
