Bunnings Mernda

I went in to get a couple of things today and on a whim decided to get an iced coffee from the cafe. Wow, what a hidden gem! Not only was the service amazing, the coffee was phenomenal, honestly the best I've had in Mernda! Thank you to the staff member who took the time to chat to me while she made my coffee, I didnt get her name, but that coffee made my day

The staff here are amazing and really helpful. I went in the other day in the evening and the staff helped me with my purchase very warmly and it made my day

Bunnings Mernda staff is one of the best teams i have dealt with any of the Bunnings in Melbourne. They are very supportive, quick and understand customer needs. I want to specifically highlight Bron (works at Trade desk), she is the best there.

The store was clean and wasn't overly busy when l went around 1 pm. I found a bargain plant in the reduced section. The staff in the plant department were very friendly.

Turned a bad experience into a good one!
I purchased online Thursday for Click & Collect Friday/Saturday. After calling to check Friday evening we were told that they were very busy and the order would be processed Saturday 9am.
Hearing nothing by 11am I called the store without an answer, then called the Click & Collect hotline and was on hold for 50 minutes without anyone answering. While on hold I tried the store again and was finally connected to Lauren from the Mernda store.
Not only did she chase up the order and made sure it was being picked, she advised I would receive a collection email within the hour (which we did) and apologised for the delay.
She then called me back just to confirm that I had been sent the email and had booked in to collect my order.
Special thanks to Lauren who went out of her way to turn a bad situation into a solution within the hour - very greatly appreciated.

I ordered garden products online and the order process quickly. I pick up the products when it's ready, on the designated pick up bay in front of the store, i was assisted by one of their staff to verify my arrival and get ready to check out my purchased. The items was delivered and load to my car by a friendly and approachable staff not to mention very professional one. Though I never been inside the store because of Covid 19 restrictions, precautions and safety. I am pretty sure that this place have a lot of things to offer especially for tradies house renovations, gardening, fencing, painting, lighting etc. Highly recommended.

I love shopping in Bunnings Mernda as it is not usually over-crowded. The staffs are nice and friendly. As being a smaller Bunnings store, some products are never available in this store and you need to go to Epping or Mill Park,

Very smooth entry process. Easy to read signage in-store as long as you know exactly what you are looking for! Staff pleasant. Self check-out was easy too.

The greeter was very friendly and helpful and pointed me in exactly the right direction for what I was after. There are a huge range of products at this Bunnings and there is plenty of convenient parking. I found what I needed quickly and easily and the price was good.

Despite staff being helpful lack of knowledge of products was unable to help me, a 40 minutes drive with no result, can not say i was impressed

Travelled 45 minutes with cranky kids to find they did not have stock of an item I was told there were 11 of.and then 45 minutes home with a cranky mum!

Very positive experience! A young lady with exemption from mask wearing helped me a lot, got a trolley for me and helped me to find all the items that I wanted to buy.

Very pleasant staff, only a small warehouse but well laid out and well stocked except for the timber yard.

Great store. You get everything you need and staffs are really helpful. Excellent variety of home improvement under one roof.
