Bunnings Maribyrnong reviews
71Easy to get what you need, have a lot of variety but can be $$$ compared to shopping around
Today, Saturday 06/01/2024.
I got to the counter with only one product to pay at EXACTLY 19: 02 and the lady in the counter order me to leave it because they already closed. What a service!
Came to buy a Craftright Folding Bench n' Vice… advertised on webpage for $36.50… and 2 in stock…. Apparently
Asked 4 staff for assistance and directions… all sent me somewhere different… tool shop also no idea
Eventually found Louise who took the time to search for it… found the bay… subsequently she checked and did not appear to in store
Not sure of use of web page if info not up to date… but kudos to Louise who gave excellent customer service… other staff uninterested… which I find unusual in Bunnings
This was 10.30…. 26 September…. If anyone reads these reviews at Bunnings?
Too good to have 2 levels. The staff are very helpful and always go around to ask if anyone needs to help. I bought the paint and finished the stools and bench.
Constantly surprised at the lack of staff to assist customers yet you always seem to find staff in huddles talking to each other. The same goes for paying for your goods.oh you can pay for your stuff at the tool register. Why cabriolet I pay at the normal registers or the self service registers, because they're all closed. This happens a lot around midday.no excuse pick up your game guys. This is my work local store and I'm here a lot.
On the phone for 30 mins - no answer, then when I finally got through, was disconnected before I could even say hello.
Missing a few items we went to get specifically. Staff, when you could find them, were helpful.
Huge carpark, easy to get around floor layout and always stocked. Friendly staff a bonus and quick checkouts. Open early too and closing late so whenever you need something they are open.
Store has a large range and plenty of stock, however recent updates and moving of stock now makes finding items incredibly difficult (the website based locations have not been updated either)
I’ve been here several times. Each and every single time, the staff were super helpful and friendly. There are heaps of options for shopping you can find here and the stock is always available.
Best of the Western suburbs Bunning, staff can be found and do help, and well stocked. Better than Hoppers Crossing Bunnings
Bad customer experience at shopping at bunnings. I needed assistance and told one of the employees. As we were walking to the place I needed to go, he stopped and help another customer instead. I was upset and waited 5min for him. Then, when he came to us he said that he couldn't input the pin and will tell someone else to do it. Waited 5min and no one came to us. Had to ask another employee to help us, but he was very rude. My mum did have trouble speaking English but in a rude tone he said, "what's wrong with her". I was very upset about this.
Getting worse every week. Can rarely get help. Need more staff or a dedicated 'occupied' help desk in the middle of store.
Thought I’d try here again to buy security cameras, counter staff did not even acknowledge any customer waiting and actually went out of their way to ignore people, hopeless, bought them at the good guys, $700 you obviously didn’t need in your business
Yesterday, Friday 6pm was assisted by an young woman in the paints and wall paper section. Exceptional service. She should be a Manager.
Security guard didn’t even know the policy’s exchange. We bought the light by click n collect but it’s broken. We were back to Bunnings for exchanging. We asked the security guard. He kept saying that we couldn’t get in to exchange. We DID NOT ask to get inside Bunnings. We ASKED FOR EXCHANGING DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCT. Still, he couldn’t let us exchange the product. Luckily, we met and asked an actual Bunnings staff outside. He said that of course we could exchange it and he called another staffs help us. Finally, we got a good one.
We feel annoyed due to the security guard who worked there but did not know to assist customers. I was gonna give one star; but because the helpful staff we met lately, I give 2 stars.
In store shopping was a breeze when we were allowed. Ordered items click and collect - left waiting 3 days for the order now.customer service number is a joke 40mins on hold. Store isn't answering their phones either
I normally love Bunnings but I just had the most traumatic and disgusting customer service I’ve received so far. The staff member named “Amani” refused to help my partner and I find a piece of wood for a small home project. We’re both novices and have no idea what we are looking for, and he made us feel horrible after picking the wrong size for him to cut at the woodshed. Despite explaining calmly what I was after he basically looked at us with disgust and refused to serve us because we have “attitude”. Not to mention he misgendered my partner the entire time after being corrected.discrimination? Very upsetting.
Worst customer experience from Maria at this Bunnings! Was very unaccomodating right from the start and was making rude comments/rushing us because there was a line at check out. Makes me wonder why they hire old moody ladies like this when i was dying for a job at bunnings at 18.
Funnily enough, the bloke that served us behind the paint counter who was working on his own, took his time to explain all the details to us without hesisitation despite there being a long line behind us!
It was a little busy here when l attended, but the outdoor section was the only place open. Also it was the first weekend for bunnings to be open for being able to buy plants.
