The girl at the tool department was so helpful with my after pay order.she set up my pin 4 me.much appreciated 2 the young lady.but I find all Bunnings staff 2 be very helpful. Well done 2 all.

If you need to move hiring the ute they have available is best option. The service is simple and managed very quickly with their effecient staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was in the store to buy some special construction joint material for an urgent job. Unfortunately the exact product was not in the store, rather sending me away, Paul contacted all his local contacts in the area and managed to find me the product.

A few months ago a had a mediocre experience at Bunnings and I passed that information on to management, to my surprise they called me and apologised for the negative experience. I didn’t want anyone to get into trouble but the over customer service had dropped over the past year.

They sent me a small gift voucher, which I used today and I have to say that everyone I spoke to today was super friendly and helpful. Well done staff and management.

Best customer service experience. We came in today to get a lawn mower and gardening tools. There was a lovely lady that helped us in the gardening section, unfortunately we didn't catch her name.and then there was such a delightful young woman at the register named Keturah. She made us laugh and smile. Please give her a raise and keep her forever. She brightened our day.

I called first, meet two guys who helped me to get my RYOBI machine working.

It's still fine. One Bunnings is rather like another in layout, prices and quality of service. Perhaps the ones further from high population density are skewed towards hobby farmers

I will not attend a Bunnings Store while or as long as they continue to use facial imaging on their customers. Shame. This is not China!

As another product I bought has a 5 year warranty and apparently the docket fades.

Bunnings is great to shop what you need for your house. I can't believe it i bought a karcher window glass cleaner or mirror & shower dryed so quick & very quick & easy i love it.

Everything you need is here. Hard to find someone to help tho. They all have their heads down. Not wanting to make eye contact.

Service has dropped dramatically, and stock is low. 4 of the 5 things I went in for were completely out of stock. 20L Diesel jerry cans, car fuses, watering cans and hi vis reflective vests. Bunnings is losing its appeal as quick, one stop shop.
