Bunnings Horsham

I needed help with finding the bolts that I wanted. Aparently their bolt expert wasn't on hand and although the available staff were pleasant they didn't have the skills to help me. I ended up buying bolts from another hardware store where the staff knew how to assist me.

Great staff and friendly, but the lighting in the carpark at night is well below par, you would think it is closed when you drive past.

Renovating a unit and everything has been purchased at bunnings, best staff member to talk too is Fro, he will go out of his way to assist you.

I love that I can take my dog in and don't have to leave him in the car.prices are reasonable and service most days is pretty good.make sure your good at finding things because most of the staff although try to be helpful have no idea and will send you on a wild goose chase lol

I can only get there in the late afternoon and the timber yard is usually always closed well before the store does. You can never get items that are out the back because they have no staff to get it. It's the worst Bunnings in the state.

I didn’t actually come in and buy anything but I took my dog in for his birthday (Hendrix the French bulldog) and I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely staff who spoiled him! You guys rock and he had so much fun! He loves his stuffed monkey too

Appart from the rudeness of the blond girl who served my friend (has a large red birthmark that resembles a rash), it was fine.

I'd suggest allowing your team members time off to deal with personal issues instead of allowing them to take it out on the stores customers. The behaviour from her as a representative of this business was abhorrent, to say the least.

I felt quite sorry for the staff at the counter, it was freezing in the store. Only wish if the big bosses had to do a half an hour shift.

Inattentive staff more interested in chatting to each other than helping the few customers they had.

Large variety of items. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice range of plants and gardening items. Can order in items if they don't have them in stock. They also have a timber dept. Good experience everytime.

Love Bunnings. As I am currently renovating at home - Bunnings is where I can get everything I need. It's an open plan shop layout so you can easily locate items but the great staff are always right there to assist you in anyway that they can, they have great advice, tips and knowledge that they are more than happy to share if asked.
The premise including car park are always clean and tidy.
And you have to love the long operating hours for our convenience.
Everything hardware and even more.

Bunnings is Bunnings and I do like to visit. At times it seems that the staff are very pre-occupied with their own matters.

The main section of Bunnings I can’t fault their service. However the timber yard I’ve been in a few times and the customer service is absolutely shocking!

Busy little place, workers run here there and everywhere, got what I wanted. Trapped a helper in the isle and had a ball, what a great guy and a great help he was to me today. Well done Bunnings Horsham!

Like every other Bunnings store. Sometimes you get customer service, and sometimes you get a hurry up interaction like it's too hard to smile. Horsham is no different.

Was searching for a sealer product for a table and was helped by young mat/mathew he really knew his product range and assisted with other items we needed with a lovely smile too.very impressed

Great shop. Great service great staff always helpful. I do enjoy shopping at Bunnings in Horsham I got everything I wanted.

Its bunnings, what else can be said! Ryobi tools are sick, my only gripe and what cost them a star each and every day of the week, snags are too much! JR Storm football netball club do snags for $1 and burgers for $2! Contary to the popular slogan, did not beat that price by 10%
