Bunnings Hamilton

Donut day at Bunnings Hamilton Wednesday morning went to do shopping they had donut on the table kids asked if they can have a donut they were told they can not have a donut they were for the trade customer only. Such a poor customer service at Bunnings Hamilton for kids asking for a donut and being told no you can not have a a donut

Everybody loves Bunnings and I travel around the Australia full time so I get to go to them all.
This is however the smallest Bunnings probably in Australia and I think that the area could justify a new bigger Bunnings more products more car park.

It's hard to get help here as some of the staff need more knowledge on the product that they're looking after.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They are willing to listen and offer solutions to perceived problems.

Very good staff! I can’t find the tape I need, the lady at cashier helped me find, very kind and hospitality.

Most lovely staff. They are always ready to help! Rarely a time I haven't been asked if I need a hand or if I needed something generally you're not just pointed in a direction the staff will come help and make sure you're good to go!

Good place to buy everything maybe the kitchen sink as well. Helpful service very tidy and.well organized.always a pleasure to shop there. Good fun scanning the shelves and finding gems! Even better with all the spring season products on the shelves

Michele and Peter are absolute legends. I called from New Zealand wanting to sort out a birthday gift for my mum, and they helped me select the perfect plant, and even delivered it to her front doorstep personally! Amazing! Thanks legends!

Still a great place to go for what you need not as big as other stores. But still a great place.

Wasted 2 hours+ of my day (regional Victoria) to buy 2 of these security doors which Bunnings website said were in stock, not only were they not in stock when I got there, but it was suggested to me they had never been stocked. Not good enough Bunnings. Staff were polite so that gets a star, although no one offered to get them in for me. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Helpful staff and everything you need also has openpay and you now get points on your flybuys card

Wanted to buy a $899 BBQ wich is apparently not for sale. Staff was arrogant and not helpful at all. Called the manager and explained what happened and he hung up on me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I'LL by one from BBQ galore.

Enjoyed my visits there. Just got to find someone to help and nail them down to get assistance.

Staff not very helpful. Was told they had what I was after but after talking to another staff member was told they don't carry it. Product knowledge needs addressing.

I like Bunnings stores and have shopped at many around Australia. As Bunnings stores go, this would have to be one of the hardest to find help in and the help I did find was from a couple of the most unenthusiastic people I have come across, seriously I said to one guy that I was having trouble trying to find something to which he replied "if you can't find it, we probably don't have it" and walked away, it's a real pity because it looked like a good store, I feel sorry for the locals that shop there.

Another good bunnings just felt it was to cramped trying to get to much stuff in a smaller space
