51I gave them a one star before because the lady named Lizette was always clueless. However, John from the nursery was extra helpful and really looked for the item while I was on the phone and made sure that they have it. I will drive there right now to pick up the item. Can't go past the bbq snags bloody divine mate;! Always onions on the bottom lol. Bunnings always helpful with tons of wisdom on any product info one may need. Love Bunnings.

We went here especially for 1 item. Black Mulch. We picked up 5 bags and they had a couple of pallets left.
Always has what I'm looking for, and layout is easy to find what you need. Can never complain about Bunnings. Always a dependable Aussie store that's never let me down yet.
I want to recognise Luiz who helped us with a ban.exceptional service and pleasant demeanour. Helped load bbq into car etc. Give the man a bonus!
Great customer service. Rang from Melb on the way to Portland to see jf they had a particular plant. Amelia Said she would check and ring back. Not only did that but checked other stores and put aside what they had. Absolutely perfect service #bunnings pay rise please!
Average, normal hotel, but surprisingly they dont have toothbrush, which I understand if by request, but its totally nothing. Maybe they are just recovering from lockdown, dont know if its usual. So make sure you bring your own toothbrush lol
Absolutely rubbish service click and collect is a joke it should be posted on the website how long the wait time is
Was standing in door handles isle for 5 mins, trying to find a particular style, team member was in isle putting stock away, at no point did she acknowledge or even ask if I needed a hand. Only one team member actually said hello to me as I walked from end to end. Very dissatisfied.
Stock can often be low, however have always found staff helpful in finding alternatives to what I can't get.
Great store servicing all of Geelong actually located in Norlane but this warehouse is literally your one stop shop and caters for everything staff are good to deal.with and now that restrictions have eased the crowds are back but because it's so big no problem at all
Over all good experience. I have been going there for years. But today 01/12/2021 the door security guard was rude and arrogant. His wouldn't show his proof of vaccination but demanded mine. He got close to me and I felt threatened. Will going the northern bunnings in the mean time. Telling everyone on site about this bloke as well. Being trade hopefully something will be done.
Every face to face interaction I have with the staff from here is fantastic. I now know the staff members who are knowledgeable in their areas and if they don’t know something they know the best person to ask.
They always go above and beyond to help me with what I am after. I’ve watched them look after other customers and been so proud of how genuinely empathetic and helpful they are.
The only thing I struggle with is getting help while in the isles (even if I call and ask for them to send someone down) and staff that do not know the products in their areas. But as stated - I now know who to look for so don’t have this problem for the most part.
I also tried to purchase a special order online and was having difficulty accessing it on the web page. The staff here gave me information re turn around time that made me not want to buy it. She called me back after speaking to a colleague saying they could get it in quicker than she thought and helped me through the purchase process. When I was following up on the delivery head office was rude and unhelpful. I called special order, they were lovely and helpful.
Above and beyond expectations. Frequently.:) Appreciate all of your work and help!

Waited for 30mins at info desk as other members couldn’t help, while gemma and other lady with over phone…. Busy on phone. Bad cx service
Went look for floor board and was told by a team member in that area, that she had no idea and i should some else.
Generally good for parking and stock. At the moment stock levels in timber are a bit low but thats probably a supply issue but still annoying. Plenty of checkouts and never have to wait too long. Ceretainly better than Leopold.
Some staff not very helpful. They kept me waiting close to an hour because they could not find my order until another staff member recalled they had seen it on a trolley. Despite all the signs about masks and the number of positive cases who have been in the store, staff and customers were walking around with masks under their noses. Saw a group of 3 customers without masks who were served and not challenged about being in the store maskless. Saw other people without masks walking around.
Couldn't understand why the door lady checked my receipt as walking out and no other customers if good for one then its good for all felt embarrassed
It's a big Bunnings, the staff were really helpful both at the returns and taps area, we had a fitting issue and had to swap out the mixer tap, it was great to work with helpful folk who made it easy and let us concentrate on resolving the issue and providing ideas for this non standard issue.
Not as big at Hoppers crossing, but has plenty of things and you can always find a parking spot
