Normally I find Bunnings staff helpful and engaging with customer queries. Today at Frankston was a whole other experience. From the moment we went into the store it was just all too hard for staff. The first woman we approached for advice made us wait a couple of minutes till she finished typing something on an electronic device (work related), but then looked up at us without comment or a smile like we were just painful. Then in the garden section there was no one around to help for ages. Eventually I had to walk around the rest of Bunnings to find someone to help us. Very few staff anywhere. Upon check out one register was open only, with a long line. Given we had bought turf, I asked the staff stading at the self serve checkout if we could self serve and could she help find the code to pay for our items? She had no idea and couldn't be bothered finding out. So we waited in line to be severed by the cashier. Then with trolley of turf in front of me, I asked if I could take some of the empty boxes to use as a tarp on the car boot. I was told only 3 boxes per customer. Are you kidding? You have more boxes than you know what to do with. Not to mention I just spent a hefty amount on turf and you can't give me enough cardboard to line my boot? I usually take the trolley back inside. Today my small revenge was to leave it out in the carpark in the rain. Christmas casuals maybe? There was not enough staff and those working need some serious training.

Very helpful staff, have a good personality when asked a question they have slightly more stock than carrum downs.
The Frankston Bunnings team is kind and knowledgeable.

Frankston Bunnings was busy, but not flat out around 1pm Christmas Eve. The staff were exceptional with advice and assist, and they helped me without looking bored or non tuned in their demeanor. Friendly and polite as always.
Merry Christmas to all the staff at Bunnings. You've done an excellent job all year, and still keep smiling.

Many of the shelves are empty or with minimal stock. Went for three items, only 1 was in stocks despite their website saying it was in stock. Wasted time driving to other suppliers.

Mixed feelings. Some of the staffs (e.g. Tool shops) are super helpful and knowledgeable, whilst Special Order desk is totally lack of customer service etiquette. I have been to the Special Order desk multiple times on different occasions, rarely had good experience.e. G.just chitchat with each others and ignore customers waiting at the counter, don't ask further clarification questions and just printed out the Special Order already, most importantly I feel like they don't really know their products well. They just gave me the look as if "well, I don't know, it's all up to you". What's the purpose of having a Special Order desk if you are unable to give recommendations to customer?

Great place to shop for all home and Garden essentials.
I am at this place 2/3 times a week to get bits and bobs for work and Clients and the odd outside pot plant. Do a banging Sanger on a Saturday Morning for the Tradies. Nice Coffee and the Cafe also.

Their website constantly allows you to purchase items that aren't in stock. The last 3x orders I have made, I have had items refunded, including large garden tools ($150+ in cost). Apparently "the guy who updates the website forgot to do it" (according to the staff in-store). We've been in lockdown for nearly 2 years, you think they'd have sorted this bit out by now.

Tuesday November 30. Many aisles overflowing with stock awaiting placement. Staff just casually chatting but not working. Typical Bunnings.

Consumers need to be aware that 2 staff members tested positive for covid-19 at Bunning Frankston last week or the week before. Total disregard for public safety the store should of informed the public anyone visiting the store between certian dates need to go get tested immediately shame on you for putting profits above public safety

Love Bunnings Frankston but not too impressed with two of their staff down the back as in an older blonde woman and younger girl, outta sight, both not wearing mask while everyone else is complying, the younger girl eating a pie while she was working and not able to take an enquiry I had. Oh well

Only one person from Bunnings serving for click and collect. I had to wait for almost an hour to sort of my order of which they have missed one.

Patrick helped me so much this morning. What a wonderful employee you have. He was friendly and efficient. He listened and then solved my problem. Please hang on to him, he should be valued.
Thanks Sharon Cay

Disappointed in Bunnings Frankston. Probably a Head Office problem, but as you can’t send messages to Bunnings Head Office without an account, this is my only conduit to complain.

I want to buy some dwarf pink Diosma plants. 140mm pots in stock, but not classed as click-and-collect, so non-tradies can’t buy them during lockdown.
However… the more expensive 180mm ones, sub-branded “Mighty Tuff” are OK for click-and-collect.

Would someone in Bunnings like to advise why the inconsistency, or are you just screwing over the non-tradies?

31/08/2021. In Lockdown. Click & Collect orders taking longer than 24 hours. Mitre10 can do order to pickup in less than an hour. Go elsewhere during lockdown.

Store appears to have employed a lot of younger staff who are enthusiastic and friendly. They may be lacking trade skills but they are great for those of us just want to know where to find something.

This afternoon I had the most degrading experience I have ever had in your store I’m a regular customer in your store and spent a lot of money today however now will be taking my money to Carrum downs as I won’t be spoken to the way I was today very disappointing in such difficult times I think some of your team need to be re trained in manners!
