Bunnings Fountain Gate

I want to give a special review for the team member Susan who was working in the Christmas lights section this evening. The customer service you gave to help us in finding the lights we were looking for was above and beyond what I ever expected from any store. Thank you so much!

I was down at fountain gate and had to by something for my wood burning it always good to go into bunnings

I had made an online enquiry, within a few hours I received a call from Claire, from fountain gate. Her service was warm and accomodating. She transferred me to speak with trish, who was also wonderful to deal with. Both ladies assisted me with my enquiry, the service was impeccable.

Bunnings is so complacent, so many team members standing around talking watching customers wait in queues! Westfarmers lift your game! Best service, I don’t think so… where is the competition?

I'm a kid in a candy store with love heart in my eyes when I walk into bunnings! The products are quality value with excellent condition and marvelous creation to decoration and innovation! Excellent customer service!

Excellent Bunnings. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I have only had excellent experiences at this Bunnings. The customers services is at the highest of standards.

A big thank you to Sandy in the Paint Shop! What a wonderful help she was to us a few weeks back with exterior paint colours. Sandy even gave my toddler a little job to do to keep him occupied whilst we spoke. Very knowledgeable lady.

Another thank you goes to Claire, Tegan & Denise, who provided exceptional customer service during lock down. Nothing was too hard for them, and they were very accommodating with 8 paint samples for me to click & collect. Especially after being told by another Bunnings that it couldn’t be done. Upon collection from Narre Warren Bunnings, Mario was also lovely.

Very rude people especially the old hags bunnings is just wasting money on them half the ladies don't nothing about what you're after. Not properly educated where manners are concerned.

Worst customer service! The guy at the foor wouldnt let me with my husbands power pass to get some urgent parts for a job! I had to travel to another bunnings!

Pretty good stock as usual, floor staff are a little slow to find you and ask if you need assistance. But check outs are reasonably fast. I always enjoy shopping there.

Bunnings has to be one of my favourite places to shop and Bunnings Fountain Gate is no exception. It has a great variety of products and at reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought some paint and observed the staff to be very helpful with every customer, giving their time until the client is satisfied.
I was served by Josh, and he was extremely helpful in sorting out a colour which was not available. I got a very close match. Thanks Josh!

What more can I say other than it is a Bunnings like any other with friendly staff that you come to expect from your local Bunnings, and they have just about anything you would be looking for in terms of hardware supplies.

I still give a 5 even with the difficulty of the app! The Trade Desk Staff Definitely looked after with extreme professionalism.
The eReipt disappeared and had to spend 30 minutes getting a search of my payment via Head Office. I still don't have a receipt. The payment was taken out from my bank account and was the only reason for chasing up the okay to leave with my purchases! I still require a receipt for my goods for tax reasons!
I find the Bunnings Trade App is a great and convenient way to pay and not wait in a cue during busy times.

During COVID-19 restrictions are placed upon entry. Registered Trade Customers only permitted with proof of Bunnings Trade Registration/Card.
Over the last 12 Months, this store has become abundantly set up for excellence in customer service.
I use multiple stores during the day or week sometimes. Yet I have myself recently saving my purchases until I can get to this store.
The Trade Desk is so much like, a well oiled machine!
Customer service prompt and any difficulties in self check out, the Trade Staff are promptly there assisting!
Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Great range of indoor and outdoor plants. Great range of materials and equipment to check out for the home renovations or repairs. Cafe, playground and public toilets available also.

Decent level of stock available at most times and staff seem happy to assist. The grey haired bloke on the trade boom gate is very personable and approachable.

You can find anything you need EXCEPT someone to help you. Sadly this occurs too often at this Buntings.

Sean at tool counter was hopeless at product knowledge. Are there really so many Bossweld Gasless welders to be confused with when asked if you have stock. Other staff amazing with directions of where things are
