54Came into bunnings to grab fire wood, Cooper was such a huge help and went out of his way to help us. Lucky to have him as an employee
A Big round of Applause for Chelsea. My daughter was bit unsettled, and Chelsea was positioned right at entrance; she sensed the situation immediately and provided a toy to her so that she can be more settled, and as a result we were able to finish our shopping. A great example of Excellent customer service with lots of smile. She is an absolute champion.
I went to get new pavers, but couldn't find anyone to help me (I can't lift them due to bad arms and back). So went to front desk to ask for assistance. The staff at front desk called for a staff member to help me, and I met them at the pavers. I asked how many pavers per square metres since they're 300x300? The staff member didn't know how to work it out.so I just asked for a number of pavers. The staff member then loaded the pavers onto the trolley, and then took them out to my car after paying, and loaded them into my car as I wanted them placed. I'd of given 5 stars, except the staff member didn't know how to calculate how many per square metre.that's important working in that area. He was very pleasant and helpful though, and I'd ask for his help again.
Timber yard assistance is non existent. Cant get timber down from pallet racking as "we have no forklift driver on site today".
Mason, young fella in the paint shop. Thank you for helping us out, it was great to find someone in their section of work who was knowledgeable enough to point us in the right direction. Cheers to you
Went into Bunnings to get a hanging egg chair and when there wasn’t one on the floor a worker Shaun gladly went out the book and looked everywhere until he found me one. As if that wasn’t nice enough Shaun then proceeded to help me get it to the checkout where another worker Natalie then helped take it out to my car which was greatly appreciated. Then after all this we realised the box would not fit in my car! Natalie and Shaun then proceeded to help me unbox the chair and load it into my car and we’re all smiles and glad to help me without even needing to ask. So a big thank you to both SHAUN AND NATALIE for their help!

I visited your epsom store and what a delight to have Chris Sarah and I think Bethany look after me, in the garden section, so nice to have get a smile, bful manners. A hello and a little chat, well done girls
Went to Epsom store today looking to buy a lawn mower. Had to ask twice for assistance, waited for 20 min with no one coming to us. As we left the store there were two staff members standing at the entrance talking. Mentioned to them that we were going to KF store as there was no service there, to which they replied have a nice day, they couldn’t care less. Drove all the way to Kangaroo Flat store where we received excellent customer service and made our purchase there. It will be worth the drive in the future to do our shopping at the KF store. Epsom store you need to look at KF store as you have a lot to learn from them.
Always walk in for one thing and walk out with 5 hahahahaah.
I did notice the price of one particular tree went up $35 in two weeks.
I know this because I wanted to buy it, then when back and price had increased
Easy parking and great service from staff, great garden section and tool range for whatever job that needs doing
Helpful Staff, I felt pretty spoilt by a lovely young man at Epsom. He found what I was looking for and carried it to the checkout for me.
Great place to be able to find everything you need to be fixed up and the staff are willing to help you as much as possible
Sunday morning, 6th March, about 11: 15. Extremely officious man at the garden centre exit insisted on checking my wife’s handbag. She had just paid for several items at the checkout, her handbag would barely hold a child’s football.
He claimed it was store policy to check bags. I do not believe that.
As always you end up buying stuff you didn't know you needed, ha ha, so go with a list and stick to it ️
Don't trust their online website. Always shows wrong stock levels and products that won't sell currently.
Usually has way more stock than Kangaroo flat and the staff here are more friendly and knowledgeable!
Went there to get a Ryobi Cordless electric brush cutter and a tree branch trimmer same brand and battery. I already had the charger. The guy was really helpful and I even got extra blades for the trimmer with his help. I couldn't be happier with the service I got.
Everything you need is in here for your outside an inside work, an very polite to speak to an very helpful
Very disappointed that i have been discriminated against as not covid vaccinated, and refused entry.
Taking my trade Buisness elsewhere that is more inclusive.
