Bunnings Epping

Not enough staff. Having planter fascia I sat in the car and sent young fella in to get some screws but he couldn't find anyone to help. When he finally found someone they told him what isle to go to but didn't help him. There are a bloody billion screws to view. He called me, I told him to find someone to help get the right ones. Staff member once again directed him to the isle and told him just to hold the screw up to match he had the right one. Took an hour and got the wrong ones. Pretty poor experience for the young fella too. Poor effort Bunnings.

It sure is the worst thing they can ever do to their customers. It's pretty stupid of bunnings to refuse service to people as well as it is offensive to racially discriminate and not respect people's ethnicity. My wife wasn't allowed in because she wears a burka. Where is the respect. The store manager is also very rude and disrespectful to customers. And by the way, their pork sausage sizzles are poison. They store them in the fridges for three years and then they also drop them on the ground and then they serve them to their customers. Pretty rotten. That's why they are cheap!

Bunnings stores in Victoria are a disgrace lately. Not allowing unvaccinated customers in the store is racial discrimination (as vaccination is against certain religions). Customers come in to spend their money and this is the way they are treated. Absolutely disgusting!

Terrible service in the garden area. One staff member serving who was incredibly rude and made a totally unprofessional comment about waiting to pay and another standing at the second register cutting up boxes which was clearly more important than customer service completely ignoring the queue. Thankfully as a paying customer we have a choice where to spend our money.

Steve and Trisha went above and beyond for myself and my partner when we ordered & collected tiles. Absolutely amazing customer service and very friendly staff.

My 5 stars are for Adam who helped me out though it wasn't his area

Great way to start my day

It's my new to go to Bunnings. Went there with hubby and son last week. Went in to the paint department. Did not even say anything the guy approached us and offered help. He explained everything and gave us everything we need to restore the paint on an metal table. Very impressive service. Also best range of fake flowers for decor.

Thw website shows stock available but the actual shop is outof stock. Epping is better. Also, the staff especially service desk is not friendly except once i asked a guy from the garden supplies he was super belper despite i was asking about storage organizers but he helped me alot.

The store is so big that when one of the staff directs you to the item you're looking for and it's not actually in the isle they tell you.it feels like you've traversed the entire suburb

Clean and tidy and well organised. More than I can say for the Broadmeadows store which is a disaster.

Today we have purchased a cordless drill. Alex the staff member was very helpful.

Mate it's always a good experience witch ever Bunnings you go to but I must say they are alot more helpful in Epping store

One condition for all would be nice, was told I needed a mask to enter yet the guy in front of me walked straight in maskless

Great customer service. Met Peter at the paint desk. Very friendly and explained to me all the things i needed to polish my deck. I thought i was going to buy one tin of polish but walked out with $168 of stuff i definitely needed to do the job properly.much appreciated.

Great service from the paint shop staff. He is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Garden centre good too.has some nice plants and flowers and good prices.

Generally ok besides some of the female staff very cranky! They don't seem to have as a goal complete customer satisfaction. Especially the lady in Tools, found her rude and dismissive. There is no value added whatsoever, no suggestion, no opinions, just a blank face.
Will never rent tools anymore from Bunnings, huge deposits, unfriendly staff, no value added and uncollaborative with other members.
Take it from me go to Kennards Thomastown. They are the best, lots of value added in experienced staff and. They are cheaper!

Pretty sure the greeter on the door around 5: 30pm on Saturday randomly yelled abusively at me. It seemed like he assumed I ignored his greeting, but he really just didn’t hear me. I feel like I shouldn’t have to apologise for being a quiet talker. But even if I hadn’t replied for all he knew, I could be deaf, so what sane person would just yell abusively at someone they don’t know. I also smile politely at everyone I pass so it makes the outburst even more confusing. From the statement he made, it seems as if he just made a sexist assumption based on my appearance. If you know who was on the door at this time, they probably shouldn’t interact with customers if they can’t be a half decent person.

Rita at the check out counter today didnt even say hello, was busy gossiping to the store greeter, the only words to come out of her mouth to me were “$10.75”, made me feel like i was “interrupting” her the whole time, some politeness or even some attention would go a long way

If i could put a “zero” score i would. What we have experienced the morning of 29 September Sunday is very disappointing and angry. Myself and my partner is wanting to buy a snipper a both first time buyer to buy this garden tools so we don’t have a lot of knowledge about it all. We asked for an assistance which we’ve waited for more than 30mins for someone to come and be told off about it. The person who assist is not very helpful, grumpy, disrespectful and knows nothing about the product. I guess no one whose on duty that morning knows anything about this product. So we left feeling angry and very disappointed for the experience and the manners of the staff who worked in that area.
