Walk in, browse the store such an array to pick from. Took our items to the checkout and home.

Good range throughout. Some staff are very knowledgeable especially I'm the timber/trade yard. It can be difficult to push the trolley thru the middle of the aisles due to bulky floor stock. Prices are competitive.

A few hiccups, but always try hard to sort. Suppliers can throw a spanner in the works but as stated, all Bunnings staff try really hard to sort. Remote based.

Be careful when leaving the store but the afternoon sun is shining into there exit widow unable to see old lady in front walked right over her need some thing done about that sun coming directly into your eyes so take care

Good customer service, fast moving check out's. Couldn't ask for much more from Bunnings, highly recommended.

As this is a smaller store compared to some Bunnings it does struggle for stock availability at times and not all Bunnings lines are available at this store. Staff, however are very friendly and helpful

The bunnings staff were very friendly and very helpful. I was happy to be in and out of bunnings quickly today as I was in a hurry, and with the help and assistance of the friendly staff I was. It was very easy to find mostly everything with first visit to this bunnings.

Nice welcome here.
Has just about everything-at reasonable prices. Clean, well laid out. A plan of product areas would help. Even as a rough guide would do. There is a great nursery here also and a very good car park. Even has clean toilet facilities.
Overall experience-excellent.

Definitely one of the more average Bunnings stores around as they often out of stock on many items, including all 4 that I was specifically after today.

The couple of time's i have visited i've left disappointed. The team members that have served me on separate occasions have been rude and unhelpful

Staff not well trained in anything different. But was one there with great knowledge turned the visit around

I recently travelled to Bunnings Echuca to purchase some items of wood that were unavailable in our local area (Yarrawonga).
I just would like to acknowledge the excellent support I received from the timber yard staff, one was from the tools section and also the staff in general.
They were most positive, friendly and went out of their way to ensure my requirements were met. Thank you for your professionalism.

Went to bunnings this morning and when I was leaving i accidentally went to use wrong exit and was confronted by a security guard in a black uniform. BLACK! It looked vaguely familiar, hmm. He gave me a really hard stare and without uttering a word pointed at the other exit. I had just spent a couple of hundred dollars there, so much for being a valued customer. So much for being family friendly too. Putting a security guard whom looks and acts like something out of 1930s you know where. Good on you bunnings, echuca.

Large selection of products, but is a typical big box store in that customer service is non-existent. Across multiple trips to this store have noticed that it is extremely difficult to find a staff member for assistance. Sometimes it almost feels like staff are trained to actively avoid customers.

Bunnings is my favourite store. Love DIY. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Just likecall Bunnings, has everything but R expensive as the have to pay employees 7 days a week. So its good 2 have somethigopen.

Disappointing no 70mm pine decking in the timber rack, only 90mm unpacked. 70mm in unopened packs on top of storage and only 4.5m. Uneconomic sizes of decking available in the store.
