Bunnings Delacombe

Don’t bother with this store. Absolutely useless, returned an item wrongly purchased and needed to order the correct item through “special orders” was told that the special orders girl is the only one who can do it. Apparently it’s too special just for anyone. Got a full refund for the item. Ordered the item I needed online and it will be delivered to another store in a few days. Why did the bloke make it sound like it was so hard?

Everytime i go to a Bunnings their is a 50% chance I leave with 100% of the things I came for, not because they dont stock it but because you cant find staff to help.

Just another Bunnings but with friendly staff.
Very busy on the weekends as expected.
Building materials double in price on the last few years!

Great range and good prices but on a Saturday only one register open is crazy. Ten in the queue, not for me so I just ordered online.

Took a long drive to visit this store for an item it said it had in stock. When we couldn't find it on the shelves, a terrific staff member found one for us in stock. We were extremely grateful! We also grabbed some lunch at the cafe and the staff there too were friendly and helpful.

A huge thanks to BRETT in the paint department. He is always happy and nothing is to much trouble. On 2 occasions now he has helped me out with matching paint to previously painted surfaces and doesn't give up till the colour is a perfect match. Thanks Brett.

Freindly staff but couldn't help me with what i wanted, 2nd time around they were very helpful.

Hard to find staff.
They now do what their Wesfarmers partner Coles have been doing for years, overcharging items at the register.
All Bunnings stores have improved since they had a Masters store near them. Now Masters has closed Bunnings has stayed better. Lesson learnt.

Very frustrating when you go of a night time and they have the self service closed and 5 people deep with one register open, yet 2 staff members at the door chatting away. Happens all the time.

Such a great place I love Bunnings, it always has what I'm looking for. So many things to choose from!

This store is closer than Ballarat but more people not wearing masks property or not cleaning hands at Delacombe, it seems safer at Ballarat. Both stores have similar products and good service.

Delacombe Bunnings, bigger, better and friendlier than Creswick Rd Bunnings' Ballarat, easier parking and just a stones throw away from DTC

If you need something especially from the nursery section, they'll have it in stock. Organised and seems larger. I usually go to the Ballarat store as the service is a bit better and closer to home but they never seem to have a everything you need.

Brett with the grey beard provided perfect customer service in helping me find what I wanted. I'd hire him anyday
