I had to pick up 2x pallets of Tiles and she had them already out and ready to pallet on to my truck as I pulled into the timber yard. If only the other branches had their team operating as smoothly

Inapable store assistance from roller blind section, who didn't know what he was doing.

I requested to cut two roller blinds in store, into a width of 1960 and 1950 mm. When I started to install them, I found the size were just 1942 and 1940 respectively. The worse is that way too much blind fibre was removed, so the roller blind rod looks naked and very ugly. Plus the edge looks very rough too. I had to remove all dangling fibre from the edge one by one.

I waited for 1 hour to get the adjustment done, and he still got it wrong.

I did in-store cut at Bayswater Bunnings before, which was fast and accurate. But this time at Croydon, it was just a big disappointment.

Love Bunnings. Should buy shares. Been there every day for the last three days because I'm a bad organiser. Less impressed today. One manual checkout and that was blocked by someone who picked up something without a bar code. Then the operator dealt with another Bunning's employee who was making change. A long wait to get out with my few items. Guess I'd better use the self serve check out. Thought I was supporting the workers.

Bit tired of the false hellos and smiles from female staff. While they turn their backs and continue gossip talks with each other. While waiting to be looked after. Registers closed?

In refund section, they told me ;when bought some things with discount you coming ask where is the door handles from bbq unit
If English your second language do not try to refund any things because they will tell you
You don’t understand what we said and get out please

Support Bowens or your local hardware shop.
Bunnings is expensive with inexperienced staff and lower grade products that are more prone to breaking

Having been a customer of Bunnings for the last ten or more years I've found the in last 2 years the customer service just virtually non existent.
I do still shop there but I'm seriously thinking of an extra 10 min drive to Lilydale just experience some decent customer service.

Nice staff, easy to find what you want. However hard to get in & out with disabled Park next to gas bottles.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful with any request that you have. The on site cafe has a vast selection of beverages and food to drink and nibble on. Parking is always easy and accessible to the store and the location is prime right in the Chirnside park homemakers centre.

I just came out from shopping and Michael from the tool department made buying my partner his birthday gift very easy. Very patient & informative. The young lady at the tool counter that completed my purchase was so very plesent too. Great expeexperience all around Bunnings Clayton

The staff have always been friendly and helpful in my experience. They have an enormous range of items and a range of products that feature budget to high end options. Always worth coming on the weekend for a sausage from the sausage sizzle out front.

This Bunnings seems to be better stocked than Bayswater.but it's easier to get to Bayswater.other than that.it's a Bunnings just like all the others

Great service by helpful staff. Especially Martin in plumbing. He is amazing with his computer like knowledge of parts large and small and their location. He is gold for Bunnings and customer service.

If you have the fortune of being served by Matt it'll be likely to make your day - my husband and I have never experienced such a high level of customer service before, which was immediately after having such a poor experience from a different store. He goes well and truly above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of him to ensure that you get a positive outcome and he's just a really nice guy. Thank you!

Its always challenging to find a staff member of the area you are looking at. When you do find them, they are as helpful as they can be. Always enjoy shopping at Bunnings looking at new products.

Went there the other day as soon as they opened back up because I needed some paint, I was served by this young guy named Nick who helped me for at least an hour to get everything I needed, and he did it with a smile the whole time! Great customer service, and he seems to have a wealth of knowledge!

Waited for more than 20mins for a "quick" gas bottle change. Apparently they only have 1 set of keys and the guy who had it was at the other end of the building I presume working on a cure for Covid or world peace or something. 20 mins in a mask in hot weather, not good enough

Fantastic shop has omeverything the staff are friendly and i love that they dont keep evrtything behind the counter as i find it is more convenient to compare products in the aisle especially when your doing a big shop

Wish I had a dollar for every-time I've been into this place. I've bought loads of stuff from here over the years. It's a good store with many great bargains. A large variety of merchandise for indoor and outdoor and the handy man or tradie. I did a lot of building using the products from this store. And they are always good on giving advice if you're not sure. Cheers...
