I want to highlight the outstanding service I received at Bunnings Collingwood from gentleman Sam in “Tool-shop” this morning.

Sam went the extra mile in helping me select the correct car chargers and batteries.

His knowledge and recommendations were invaluable, making the decision-making process seamless.

Sam's expertise and friendly approach exemplify the excellent customer service at the Tool-shop.

His treatment, and respect to a woman who knew nothing about this type of product was just outstanding.

Her commitment to customer satisfaction shines through, making my repeat return to Bunnings Collingwood and just a fantastic place to shop.

Overall I have to say I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff in Collingwood, but today it’s about Maddie.

No question was too stupid to ask as I purchased a small safe and several other items.

Applause to Maddie for enhancing my shopping experience and embodying outstanding customer service!

My go to bunnings outlet closest to the CBD. Slightly smaller than your average store, often limited quantities for popular items but serves well overall.

At least the plants and garden section is pretty comprehensive.

Convenient to have a big hardware store in an area with a lot of renovations going on. But the underground car park is too tight and off street parking is impossible.

Perfect location in a busy suburb and growing suburb. Lovely lady at front to guide to what I was looking for. Great range and got exactly what was required.thank you.

They had a wrong sale lable on a shelf, when I went to check out I was informed the product was $80 dollars dearer, they went and check, advised me unfortunately that the lable was placed in the wrong place and the sale item is sold out.
Left the goods behind, not happy at all as I wasted my time for nothing drove from Bulleen to Collingwood as I was advised over the phone they had the stock there.
Poor management of stock.

Love this store, regularly has stock, in a great location and isn't so big that it takes forever to find something quickly

Wonderful staff at Bunnings Collingwood (I forget the gentleman's name) assisted me over the phone with an urgent click and collect for a client. The Bunnings staff member prepared the click and collect in less than an hour. I'm delighted with the friendly and professional service he gave.

Great Bunnings. No complaints. It's 2 levels so it's easier to find your way around than the ground level warehouses and more spaced out so things are more categorised, I think.

It's a Bunnings. You know what you're getting – a sharply-priced offering that's comprehensive in most areas, with helpful staff. This formula works. If you're looking for timber or plants, the range is narrower than some others.

Needed a hand with some home DIY projects (I'm repainting a mug). Shannon was fully onboard and gave me everything I needed. 5 star support; I will be back.

Disappointing experience with my online special order of a rug from Rug Republic. After almost 2 weeks, I followed up with the store to be told the supplier "doesn't exist". I was given no other information nor told if I should still expect my order. The good thing is I can cancel my order and get a full refund.

Really, really poor spot to put a Bunnings. The plant selection is very limited too. Staff are good, but honestly, just drive the extra distance and head to Port Melbourne or Hawthorne (the later has an excellent selection of plants - if that’s your thing). Otherwise, in a pinch, if you REALLY need something in a rush then I guess this Bunnings will suffice.

A lady in the paint department approached me to offer help and she was great! Got me the paint colour I needed for much cheaper than the big containers. I came before open on a public holiday and they have us free snags! Also I returned a faulty product and they gave me no hassle

This store is a bit compressed which makes it harder to find what you are looking for. The staff are excellent and that helps.

Nice store but the staff don't smile and feel a bit unfriendly

Edit - I can confirm that apparently customer service is an inconvenience and a hastle. Thanks to Carmel for showing me that no matter how politely I ask a question because no one else was around that rolling your eyes and not even cracking a smile is what this stores customer service looks like. Thanks for making me feel like an annoyance.

The closest Bunnings store if you live in Melbourne CBD.
It can easily be reached by public transport.trams or buses

The usual Bunnings - with a well implemented covid-safe plan. Been here twice & never had a problem with parking.

This store don't update product availability online, and the staff are not helpful by saying cut the timer by myself at home. The store is not big enough and there's always lack of product and services.

The lady got the plant ready for me that I ordered and it was very resonably priced and the plant grew well
