Bunnings Coburg

This is my local Bunnings and so have visited countless times. The service is always good. Special mention to Maria at the door and Sue the manager who I dealt with recently in regards to procuring a warranty replacement item recently. It was a rather busy day but your composure and patience made it all a breeze, thank you

Armani from bunnings Coburg assisted me with paint and was very helpful. Went above and beyond in service even with pressure from peak periods

Staff are never around. When you catch one, he'll tell you you've caught the wrong guy, and you need to wait until that 'right' guy comes back from wherever he is. Bunnings 'Where finding staff is just the beginning'.

Plumbing section a disaster, fittings and lengths of pipe spread over 2 isles, un opened boxes and alot of empty shelves where stock should be stored. Alot of one item and none of the other. Many other bunnings warehouses in northern suburbs are better stocked and managed. Left with only half of the materials I needed. Would think the plumbing section would be alot better considering where I was working in glenroy there is no reece or tradelink to get materials. Bunnings should be lifting thier game to offer a better service to supply the surrounding area.

What a wonderfull experience it was walking into the Coburg wood department today, greeted by two lovely young gentleman. Jack was exceptional and helpful with the time he spent serving us, what an absolute gem he is to have in the Coburg store. Made our day! Great work Jack

I have renovated 2 houses over the last 5 years and find the out of stocks and customer service sub par. Save your time and effort and head to bunnings northland or Thomastown, even if your a coburg resident.

The Indian at the front checking Vaccination Certificates needs some lessons in politeness. He was happy to let in those who "flashed" their certificates, but, i, an Indian, was stopped and asked to furnish mine, while I was busy qr coding my entry!

Asking vaccine status, makes me feel safe in their store. And found what I went there for all good.

I arrived today to return 10 chandelier gloves as they were the wrong size. I produced the wrong receipt and was then told if I didn't have the receipt I couldn't get refund otherwise they can take my licence detail and give me a store credit. I wasn't happy with that so went back to my car to search for the right docket and realised I left it home. I produced my bank statement on line and asked them to check my purchase. None of the staff knew how to check this on line and asked me to wait 10 mins until the guy that knows how to operate the search on a computer returned from his break to assist. I waited 20 mins to no avail. I'm on dissabiluty, had no where to sit and had just come out of surgery unable to walk. I insisted that they help me asap as I was in pain standing waiting for this staff member to return. No empathy of any kind. I was totally disgusted as I approached the operator many times explaining my pain of standing and waiting whilst she continued to serve everyone else and keeping me in wait. How rude and disrespectful to elderlys?
I would never go back to this bunnings again. Have more courteous and friendly service in Brunswick where I live and in northland bunnings. I only went to Coburg because they falsely stated that they had stock of the globes I wanted to exchange for.

Honestly you'll find better tradies in a junkies carpark. The cashier's are a laughable disgrace. Could call it naive but the older workers lead the way.

Ladies at the Trade Desk are the absolute best and sooo professional that I come from Craigieburn to be served by 2 ladies in particular. Burnice and Diana. Will not and cannot go any where else.

You have to know what you're looking for here, I encountered some very rude customers that expected gold plated service from young staff just horrible. Some of these ignorant and entitled people that want cheap prices and silver service need a reality check

I heard that the store is moving which is a good idea because it struggles to keep a good range of products leading to disappointment often. Staff are doing their best in the circumstances.

Lady at the information desk was extremely helpful, and went the extra mile to help me find a CO detector, including checking stock in the back and calling another store. Didn't catch her name unfortunately, but I greatly appreciated her assistance.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful! Click and collect was super easy to use too, many signs to find where to go and staff gqve clear instructions.

Good place for people who need workshop/gardening stuff. They have a wide range of plants and flowers to choose from, they also sell garden decor and pots. If you’re into gardening this is a good place to visit. They also have electrical appliances and equipment for almost anything. There’s wall paint and Wood to buy. They also have sausages out the front

One stop shop for all the Home DIY stuff. You can find everything from garden to plumbing to electrical to painting.and so on on.
