Love our local Bunnings. Staff are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I can spend hours in there which means I buy more, overall love the store.

All in all a great Bunnings. But on 2 occasions I have had keys cut here they were not cut properly and didn't work. The Cranbourne Bunnings fixed these on both occasions for me.

This Bunnings does not even deserve the one star with the rude and horrible customer service I experienced. I went in the store in the evening and approached the returns desk as I needed my house keys cut and two copies made. There were 4 staff members present talking with each other as the store was quiet and the lady with the glasses lied to my face and said that the key cut machine was broken. I asked her when will it be fixed and she laughed and said tomorrow morning first thing. This was very disappointing and upsetting as she lied to me and then as I walked away she laughed with the other team members present. I have shopped at Bunnings many times and I can’t believe this was the customer service I received after being a customer of over 20 years. Will never go to this Bunnings ever again!

As usual …. Understaffed Friday… waiting for someone to come from plumbing but no show for 20 mins but then Chad came in and saved the day … well done Chad if only Bunnings had more of workers like you

Absolutely useless. Went through special orders for a delivery, the item came in the wrong colour and special orders tried to tell us the cream tiles normally come in green. Transferred to everyone in the building it seems, it’s quicker for me to get them to pick the green (not cream!) tiles up and refund the money, and for me to make 6 trips back and forth to a different bunnings and do it myself!
Everyone I spoke to was completely useless. Would not recommend.

Excellent service.especially in the Garden section, a Young fella helped me with an item I needed, and the only one left was damaged & He reduces the price more than what I’d already imagined I’d pay, Very Good Day for Me.
Thanks Bunnings Clyde, amazing Staff too.

Least favorite Bunnings store. Staff lack produce knowledge. Customer service needs big improvement. I think Bunnings need more competition to force them to lift their game.

Not really helpfull. Also not really knowledgable. 3 of trhem are talking while you are looking something but the no bother to ask you if they can help.

Bunnings refused an exchange today, first time ever they have asked for a receipt, in the past they have checked and then either given a store credit or exchanged the item. In this case they needed a receipt. So much for their advert saying they'd exchange if under warranty. Ryobi has a long warranty period, and as in the image, this is near new.
ADAM was the manager, he was rude and had no customer service at all. Basically told us to get out.
We have spent a lot of money with this store, sorry, unless we get a formal apology we won't be spending amy more money at Clyde North.

The stuff had no clue about pricing and refused to acknowledge that they made an error with pricing, when the label on the shelf indicated the item was on special

I was surprised that this store carries even more variety than nearby Bunnings. Kids loved looking at the ride on mowers. The kids were disappointed that we didn't have a lawn area big enough to buy one

There’s never been a time where I haven’t noticed how rude and unhelpful the staff are. Everyone looks miserable in this store and clearly management aren’t great at hiring proper people who can actually greet customers properly. Prefer going to other bunnings stores where the culture is friendly and the staff have customer service skills.
(You should all be grateful you have work given the current times!)

No offence to the ladies in this store who are useless. Went to hire carpet cleaner. Wasted my time and the lady who was managing it today didn’t make sense. Ended up returning home without hiring it. I reckon they need training.

Really disappointed experience!
I have been waited for half an hour to cut new keys but finally the staff cut it a wrong side. Came back in the afternoon and let them redo it, then waited for another half an hour before another staff came to the desk saying that she didn't know that I am waiting. Few other customers couldn't wait that long and left.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked and well maintained. Bunnings head office should use this store as an example. Gold star for the team

They always have lots of stock, staff are friendly and usually very helpful. Lots of parking, easy to get in and out of.

First impressions are lasting. Entered the Bunnings, was greeted by a rude woman who lacked compassion. Before interacting with your customers in such a way take a deep breath an consider the impression you're making by the way you use your tone and body language. So that you can give this feedback, she's middle aged, tall, blondish grey and had a yellow vest on.
