Last 2 times I shopped here, staff were near useless. Was planning on purchasing a pressure washer and accessories but when asking for some assistance, could not get the attention of any staff members. Asked the person greeting customers and scanning receipts and he advised that I would be best waiting for the staff member currently assisting a couple

Had help from Jase in the lawn mower department he was very helpful in advising me on a mower he helped me put it together He could not have been more helpful he is what Australian businesses have lost caring about the customer l will be back because of his attitude

I was there for a part to order at the special order desk but Amber didnt help me at all. Very bad experience. Ending up order somewhere else.

Have used their click & collect service a couple of times. It's efficient, with clear signage unlike some other Bunnings stores. You do need to check the items against your invoice though.

Attention Manager: Can you employ some polite and patient staff at the entrance door who have much better manners then your two older women this morning. Very rude and demeaning women who have no.patience who said to go over there and sign in. Don't come through this way was delivered in an authoritative and unfriendly tone. A good old fashioned please and thank you and a better tone of voice highly recommended with more patient guidance. Please train your staff to deal with customers in a more pleasant manner and if they don't like their job dealing with the public then move on.

I'm biased. I like Bunnings. How good is this store? Real good!

If I could rate them lower I would. Why do I have to wait up to 5 days for staff to get a can of spray paint that's 200 meters from the click and collect lane that I ordered online. While at a place like Officeworks, Supercheap auto The paint shot and the list goes on, I can pickup within the hour of ordering

Click and collect service here is rubbish. Incompetent system. I waited 7 days for an order and still waiting, only to be told, they are 15 days behind orders. Then they cancel my order telling me, they're out of stock when it was clearly in stock when I purchased. Improve your system.

What a fantastic Bunnings store. Very friendly and helpful staff, always have time to answer a question. Greet location and plenty of parking.

Bunnings Warehouse Australia has been completely inundated with orders across all of their stores. So much so that my local would no longer accept click and collect orders, thankfully Carrum Downs did. There was a queue on my arrival and the whole process took 15-20 mins with only 3-4 cars ahead of me.

Click and collect went as smooth and quick as always, well oiled machine, but can't wait until I can shop in person and have a sausage in bread.

Very unorganized in drive and collect, started a second raw but no scan until called for a scan. Another time sent all the way to the front but just to be neglected untill all the cars behind me got goods delivered and drove around me. Frankston bunnings is well organized and active by the way!

I think covid is making some staff edgy. Bunnings as a store is great, had what you need when you need it. The staff generally are generally great but in recent times you can tell they are over covid and the charges it brings.

No social distancing by staff including Complex Manager. Rude arrogant staff that aren't following Covid Restrictions AT ALL. Aggressive complex manager.

Would have to be the best Bunnings I've attended, provided you're requesting assistance from the right person, as members all have speciality fields, and they know them very in depth. I know I'm never going to have a problem returning an item here (within due reason), and I've heard on more than one occasion and I would believe it from what I've witnessed, but they have the highest clearance rate of discontinued & deleted items at least in Victoria. What does this mean for you and me - when something hits clearance you're going to be able to get it for pennies on the dollar!

Bunnings Carrum Downs! Your all doing a great job! Some people need to get off their high horse and stop complaining. The staff are doing their best and are putting them selves at risk every time so we can continue with our lives. Yes! We're all sick of Covid so stop whinging.

One of my favourite places.everything from roses to hammers.and coffee as well.prices in Cafe have jumped considerably $4 80 for a small cake.cmon.guys it's a Hardware store not a St Kilda Cafe.

Thank you for doing an extra cut in my MDF board that I bought from your Keysborough branch. It was very convenient for me at the time. Friendly people and great service.

Carrum downs bunnings is fantastic from troy and Kish at the trade desk to julz and Helen at special orders just the best environment to get everything you need 10/10 keep it up
