Friendly staff members
They are always happy to help
But they are mostly short staff
So finding a team member is bit hard even on quiet days
Overall good experience but there is always room for improvement

Excellent.and well stocked unlike other stores I could mention.such as hoppers crossing and altona branches. I find its better to go to bunnings stores in newly developed areas.

Very good place and clean, easy access, plenty of car park, whatever you need for your business or you home they’re got in this place. I like how they organized the all items. And also everywhere you can find a help or if you have a question.bunnings are my favorite place to see and buy what you need.specially Caroline Spring Bunnings.

Great garden centre.
It could be hit and miss with the staff. As to whether they are happy to be assistance or not.

Clean playground, friendly very helpful staff. Variety of pretty much anything you want. Special orders desk was very friendly and helpful.

Last saturday i went to go get some paint.i needed to get a colour match, and with a tiny paint chip we brought in, laura was able to match it perfectly.she was so nice and lovely.she’s a great asset.

Was a super quick shop, lady told me what aisle my product was in grabbed Was out in less than 10 mins

Thank to Adam the store manage WE ARE OUT OF POCKET $2,600 worth of blinds and due to their 3rd party mistake by cutting the Roller blinds short and Adam from Bunnings Caroline Springs didn't not even bother to get a tape measurement to check by how much is short. Seeing from Adam (Store manager) Body langue he just wanted us to go out of his sight. The only solution I got was to send bunnings email.

Went after a big gap due to pandemic restrictions.

Garden section is open for the public for now and let's hope things get better.

Garden section has fresh arrivals of plants.

Tried to get service at 2 am and there was noone there so i decided to break in and collect a corn eating implement.

I cannot recommend bunnings ravenhall enough. Especually a person named ryan who took the time to talk to me about lawn mowers. Sold me a ryobi which started on the 2nd go. Yippee. Bunnings sunshine should take note of the customer service by ravenhall, i will be going back to ravenhall everytime even though i live across the road from sunshine. Again many thanks to ryan

I find it lacking in customer service. Unfortunately very hard to find a staff member that can assist you. Always seem to be running on skeleton staff

Ordered some stuff online for click and collect at this Bunnings. Easy process as they brought it out for me.
Good service

With Covid rules in place, the place is inundated with click and collect orders. Staff are too busy picking orders to give any attention to customers. Look a total jungle inside with trolleys lined up all over. Herd to find a trolley to use.

Disappointed with click and collect times. Allow 30-40 minutes extra for simple items and then get told it was placed in a weird area.

Great local store, well stocked and click-and-collect staff are very quick to get you served so you can be on your way during these tough lockdowns.

Very helpful staff that were more than happy to exchange an item that was missing a part. Thanks guys

Bought an item online to pickup. I waited an HOUR to get my item. The staff were not helpful at all. It was only until I talked to several staff members that they followed up and gave me my item. A terrible experience.

A Bunnings run on the weekend always great. The staff are friendly and always great to help and stop to say 'Hi'.

Although they didn't have what we were looking for, like other Bunnings they're full things to look at and of course it would not be a visit if you don't come home with a plant in hand

Pretty good, but car park is terrible. People driving recklessly and not many spaces available.
