Bunnings Brunswick reviews
71I’m always really anxious when going into any Bunnings but there were so many female staff and I instantly felt safe and not intimidated/out of my depth. Having female presence in these sorts of spaces really makes such a difference to the customer experience and creates safe spaces - Vittoria in particular was so lovely and super helpful. Thank you
Worst customer service ever by Georgia. Was quite rude. Would not honour ticketed price for an item. Gave 1 star becuase I could not give zero. Avoid Bunnings Brunswick
It is great to Shop at Bunnings. It would be good if we could also use our Flybuys (points and dollars) to shop there. Otherwise all good.
Apparently the returns policy is at the discretion of the store floor manager, not Australian Consumer Law?
The store manager refused to accept an exchange of an in-store purchased item because it wasn't purchased in their store. They told me the Brunswick community work together, and it would be easier for them, if I do a 2 hour Thomastown road trip to exchange the tool there.
I'm a working tradie mid Brunswick job on an hourly rate. With the exchange power tool I needed in front of my eyes, I'm looking at 2 hours & $220 disappear from my young family table. Some days life serves you this, you just can't get ahead aye.
Later they phoned me as a result of my complaint to customer relations. They explained as it was not purchased in the Brunswick store there was no staff member trained on "looking at the tool to verify all of it was there", however, as a one off they would allow a return. To late mate, Coburg (also not a stocked item, no trained staff to verify the contents) no problem, exchanged, in/out 5 minutes.
They don’t carry much stock and staff are rude and disinterested (specially in the tools area). My day was worse after going there. Drive elsewhere.
One of the smallest Bunnings in Australia but they seem to have most ofwhat you want.
The Staff are great to, they know where everything is
Small but its on a bloody main road so who cares. Went for paint and got great help from jess, would shake a paint again
Craig and Caitlin at Brunswick Bunnings went above and beyond to help me this afternoon despite how busy they were.
For service and attention to detail recommend this Bunnings.
Been a frequent customer here in recent days over the past two months and the team @Bunnings Brunswick has been instrumental in assisting me find the tools, paints that suits my requirements. Friendly & efficient!
Well done.:)
The best things come in small packages. Great local store. Of course, great staff, but then that's Bunnings.
ARRIVED AT 658pm closes at 7pm for 1 item. Doors closed i pointed at my watch and lady says sorry registers closes & you can see people in line waiting to pay. Poor service NOT happy.
It's a mid-size Bunnings store, so some items might not be available. However, it's conveniently located, where it's easily accessible to all and they have a good range of products at competitive prices. Always a great experience to shop there, thanks to the friendly and helpful Staff.
This Bunnings store put an old family business across the road into the dreadful situation of having to close down. It was a family store and couldn't compete with the likes of Bunnings. Moreland Council should have prevented Bunnings from opening here. Fancy having no conscience and not thinking twice about putting an old family hardware store out of Business. I only go to Bunnings if I am desperate but usually try to find one of the smaller hardware stores sometimes run by families or traders with some staff.
Quite small when you compare with other Stores. However, they have amazing staff and they are always helpful. Very good at listening and finds solutions.
This is a good and handy little Bunnings, but occasionally I have to go to the huge one in Coburg when they don’t stock that one thing I need.
Limited selection for a Bunnings and traffic can be a pain. However the staff are good. I believe there is parking behind which should be more convenient. Good for all the small hardware purchases.
I like this bunnings it's conveniant and the staff are friendly.
Unfortunately i'm finding it more and more often that this store doesn't stock what i'm after.
For a very small bunnings it does the job but if you’re needing more than the basic thing it’s better to go to the huge bunnings in coburg
Worst bunnings under the sun - if the extremely limited stock options arent enough to put you off, expect multiple paint mistints and to be treated like a nuisance by staff
receipts from bunnings say ‘easy returns’ - after finishing a months-long project ive come to return multiple items not used for tax purposes and to minimise the exorbitant costs bunnings charges, only to be treated with suspicion and to have consumer law incorrectly quoted to me by some lisped mole, who begrudgingly gathered numerous team members around to make me feel like a nuisance and to debate as to whether or not im entitled to said refunds, as if it’s even a question.putting it lightly, brunswick would be better off with a second mcdonalds in its place
You go to “all” Bunnings with a certain expectation…. Product availability (excluding COVID) and a standard of customer service & product knowledge! Neither of these are available at Bunnings Brunswick nor do I need to be told by a kid, which all the staff seem to be so how they know anything about anything is a wonder in itself, to wear my mask while talking, when I lowered it because I had to repeat in plain English the word ‘spacer’ 10 times before being understood (with mask lowered) …. Bunnings has lost me with this store, if you can’t service the area or the area is profitable enough to maintain the Bunnings standard the. Don’t have it, this is not the case though as the customer out number staff 1 to 60 on all 3 occasions that I have been … only desperation will make me go there again….
