Bunnings Broadmeadows reviews
52I have never had any issues with bunnings in fact the opposite.staff even when busy will help me.
I have ordered tiles. I have been told that i was going to get help loading to my veicle. No one helped to load to the vehicle. 5 of the bunnigs workers were watching me load. Keep up the good job.
Deplorable service! Ask staff to cut shade clothing or screening, which takes an hour. No one is coming to us! Very poor! Useless service!
Broadmeadows Bunnings staff very rude to the customers and the way serving customers unacceptable I bought wooden slippers I asked them nicely can you please cut them to the size I want but the answers always he’s having lunch come later and I went after 1 hour still I couldn’t get any one to cut one piece of wood wasting of my time bad experience if I could I won’t give them any stars they not deserve anything the way serve me that day very upset
Customer service declined in quality and knowledge of products over time. Staffs at the tradie section are not very friendly. It happened more than one time. Product is as Bunnings should have. Paint section has less staffs as well. The worst section is the kitchen desk and plumbing section. These guys never get off their chairs to reach out with help of customers.
I was at the Broadmeadows store yesterday and I was shocked how it changed the store was dirty and stock less? What's going on bunnings?
They didn't allow my elderly parents inside because they refuse to take part in a medical experiment.they worked hard for 60 years for this country and this is how they are treated.quiet funny from a store that never shut its doors in 2 years during a so called pandemic and would allow everybody in during that time to take their money.dont support any store that takes part in medical apartheid especially with the elderly.
Yea, I go there if I have to.
Otherwise I ştay clear of this place.
Untidy, messy and not very friendly.
Slow to advice of apart parts, a week or after initial inquiry, now as mother week after part has to been identified.
Good variety of products at decent prices.
Marked down to 3/5 stars because their staff are hit and miss when it comes to service.
Two out of the five staff I approached didn't acknowledge, provide eye contact and handballed to other areas without clear direction.
Checkout lady sarcastically advised that there was too much on my trolley.last I checked, I thought that was a good thing for any business
What does it mean warehouse is opened for trade only when nursery greenlife is opened to public. Is that public bring covid to warehouse and they should limit only upto nursery section of Bunnings? Trade person never get sick? It’s still hard for the public even when the lock down is eased. It’s a matter of complete astonishments. This is my point of view only.
One of the most discriminatory businesses that make it their mission to not allow in decade old customers/tradies. Disgraceful
During these unprecedented times they're doing their best to help customers. The process from what I see is challenging but they work through it.
Good Place to Shop. Only criticism would be the shortage of Staff to help with queries. Maybe Tuesday staff have rostered days off.
Mm typical bunnings.lots of staff and only one counter open it's like bunnings only want s to clean and stack shelves but not take cash
Convenient as always, and the workplace is tidy, despite the amount of stock they possess. Run like any normal Bunnings would and the workers are highly experienced. Recommended.
The worst Bunnings I know. The shelves are always messy, uninterested, and worst of all you have to beg to find someone to help.
Horrible experience with the collection process.
Got treated and staired at like I'm a monster but little did the workers at bunnings know that the items i had ordered and collected are a gift out of good will for a homeless guy at my local shops for him to use in order to make money.
My recent online purchase experience at Bunnings Warehouse was excellent in that ordering my item was easily accomplished due to their intuitive online ordering system. The staff members were courteous and efficient in retrieving my order despite being in a queue outside the store with other customers awaiting their pickup due to the Covid19 lockdown restrictions. The Flexispray WELS 3 Star, 9L/Min All Directional Hi Rise Shower Head is the item I ordered, which was easily installed as it came equipped with its mounting kit. The product is beautifully finished in well-rounded curved metal edging eliminating harsh edges in a highly-reflective chrome finish and fully adjustable to cater for height as well as directional water flow. It is the ideal bathroom product leading to both economical water usage to minimize water consumption and modern design to maximize one's showering needs. In addition, the product features lock-tight technology aiding those with limited hand strength to secure the angle positioning of the shower arm of the unit without the need to overtight the adjustment wings preventing unexpected drooping while in use. I would definitely recommend the Flexispray WELS 3 Star shower unit as well as Bunnings for any purchase related to general homeware and hardware supplies with their extensive high-quality product range and professional service.
Poor customer service and non genuine folow up feedback,
I have ordered several items via Click and Collect only to find out that there are delays in processing orders, items missing from orders and stock information falseley advertised. When I provide genuine customer feedback you get a standard response from Samantha Karas that they will improive services and no follow up. I will avoid going to this Bunnings. The staff however are friendly and helpful but poor management.
