Bunnings Box Hill

One of the largest bunnings sore in the surrounding 15-20kms. Very busy and popular. Sadly, the car park is a little small for the number of cars, suvs, trailers. Take extra care and be patient when entering or exiting this store.

Massive store, they have everything you need. Top staff who know what they're doing. Somehow they all seem to have memorised the contents of each aisle! The can generally point you in the right dirrection when you can't find something.

Dummings strikes again. “We can’t help you with that. You have to load it your self. ” The gate guy spends the whole time talking to customers about building inspectors and what do they really need?
Girl at desk was super helpful and fast. Shame the gate guy made me wait 5 min even after the other guy had scanned my receipt and I was good to go.

I have had such an amazing experience at Bunnings Box Hill. Bill in kitchens has literally spent hours with me over the past 6 weeks helping with a commercial fit out. I originally went in there to look at cabinets and his expertise and experience with his own shop fitting business meant I ended buying everything from doors, extraction fans, soundproofing insulation and so much more. He had some great recommendations around my fit out and even staggered my deliveries so they would arrive for my builder as needed. Ash was also fantastic. Thank you Bill and Ash for the your incredible customer service, you guys went above and beyond to help me and take away a lot of stress while also saving me money. I highly recommend these guys.

As I went in yesterday Bunnings was announcing they were doing all they can to keep shop safe, so I walked down the main isle and counted 5 staff that I could see not wearing masks properly. Maybe stop the announcements until your mean what your say.

The most convenient hardware tool chain store is suitable for picking or picking up directly. The large and vast space is suitable for everyone.

Very bad very bad, I tried to order some things, according to in stock they don't have stock, it's been 4 days and still waiting for a refund, if it's was 10 cents I could not care but it's over 1k, you have a bad in stock system a bad refund system I am fast becoming a non Bunnings fan

I was wondering, did customer service are experiencing high volume, or there are actually NO ONE behind? I'm waiting for an hour in a call, are u making fun with customer? The click and collect is not updated the order, and I had place the order few days ago! So should customer go and pick up by assume the order is ready?
Please improve your system. No one like to use your system, is just because lockdown. Have no choice.waiting so long for the order, and call and no one! The system took the money is immediately. What the logic? Bunning?

Poor communication and bad customer service. I tried to call the customer help line for hours but no one answered the phone.

Plus I was charged for a product which was out of stock, still waiting for my money!

Thumbs up for Bunnings. The drive through collect/pickup today in lockdown was very organised and staff were trying their best to keep the line of cars going. About 5 cars when I arrived at 3pm. I was allocated a numbered carpark, put the boot of the car up and waited only about 5 minutes for my gardening stuff to arrive. Nice work Bunnings. I was impressed at how easy collection was. Thankyou.
Apparently sausage sizzle is coming back on too on weekends.

Mark works in the Click and Collect team is brillant! He is super helpful in helping me finding the correct product as well as resolving my urgency need. You are a star Mark!

Received excellent service from an employee of yours in the toolshop, Darcy Griffiths. Apart from having similar names we had a lot to talk about in regards to politics and he gave me A grade service on how to complete my job.
No job is too big or too small for Darcy to help with, he even drilled my wood for me.

Placed an order earlier in the week and received an email say order cancelled due to items out of stock yet still showing in stock on website. Waste of time. Never buying at Box Hill again.

Very good service in-store and even during the lockdown. It takes a little longer to order and collect than before but its understandable given how busy the place is. The collection process was so well organised it was super easy to drive in collect the order and leave

As a very large customer at this store I was very impressed with Shay and Ben's intensive product knowledge. Not only that but their genius was on display by helping me with my very complex project.

I would love to have model employees like them working at my very large and important business.

Rented a van from Bunnings to move a few pieces of furniture today. Was very impressed by the promptness and service provided. Deepak was extremely helpful and friendly at the front desk, and answered all my questions. I definitely was impressed and will definitely use this service again, as it is very handy, and very user friendly.

It's Bunnings, what more can I say.

Huge range of just about everything you could ever want in and around the home. Prices are good, quality is better than good and if anything goes wrong they have a fare returns policy.
