Bunnings Bendigo

I was picking up a whole load of stuff for my builder. A staff member helped me find everything that I needed. They also found an out of stock product at another store. Super helpful.

The team here were most helpful, they gave that good country service.

Showing its age. Needs a "home improvement" package. It must be hard trying to keep things in the correct places on the shelves. You need to look close to where it should be and sometimes you find it close by when the correct place is empty.

Large store. Staff directed me to wrong aisle several times. Items at a height you can't reach but won't let you use the steps (DDA issues). Sanitiser soap so strange residue. Not my favourite Bunnings.

Excellent customer service and great product knowledge. Drove all the way from Epsom as there is NO Customer service at the Epsom store. I know where I will be doing all my shopping in the future. Thank you to Anthony for being such a great help, had great product knowledge and excellent customer service. You are an asset to your store.

I was assisted by a very helpful young man, he didn't know much but between us we worked out what I needed.

I'd give 5 stars but some of the cooktops had no prices attached. Also there were boxes in front so I couldn't get a close look.

Can not complete my projects as spray paint is to hazards to sell with click and collect or special order, does not make any sense.

Excellent store security. Staff are very knowledgeable on location of items or general information.

Quite disgusted with the service I received at Bunnings Bendigo yesterday. Was wanting some assistance with my order which seemed too much to ask for anyone to help. Was finally served behind the trade desk by one staff member (thinking may have been management), who they fobbed me off to another staff member, who then stood and did nothing. The lovely lady who served me did not seem very efficient at what she was doing and ended taking my order incorrectly which was a home delivery of wood. This resulted in me having to cancel my trades for the day as I had to wait for more wood to be delivered - who know's when I will be able to get my trades back. This is the forth time I've had home delivery from Bunnings and have requested a c all before delivery which has not occurred once. I spoke to Bunnings about this today over the phone who said it's an external company that manages their deliveries so its out of their control. If this is actually the case then I would suggest not saying "yes absolutely we will call you to ensure you are home" as was said to me on this and this occasion.

Very helpful staff. Nothing was too hard for them to help me. Even ordering in stock for me at their advertised special price, even though it will arrive after the special offer has finished.

Had the best experience today! John who works there was just FANTASTIC! Full of knowledge and experience, we are so pleased with how much he educated us! So friendly and explains step by step for us to do a diy! We will definitely be back! Big fans of JOHN and Bunnings!

I could not walk up to the entry and back to the garden centre because of covid restrictions. But because of my moblity disabilty they let me in the garden centre entry where I was parked

Bunnings is the go to place for so many items, that we need. The staff are great, but sometimes hard to find for guidance.

Had a great experience yesterday here, a lovely lady served me in paints, she had just started and was new to everything, she didn't get stressed and had great customer service. Also, Lucy at the checkout was wonderful and had fantastic manners, it's not often any more that you hear people say "please" and "thank you ". Thank you and Go ladies, your both a charm to deal with️

Lots of variety and stuff. Staff is a little indiffrent and tries to avoid you. I feel like thats because they dont want to get stuck with you trying to find stuff.

Like there was no price tags on some charcoal bags that i was interested in buying, and the lady just told me she cant help me find the price out because she does not have the machine that finds them and walked away without helping to find some other employee who can.

Anyways. If you know what you are looking for, you can find it on your own, albeit by spending some time walking around the store.

The soil I got ruined my garden I'll never purchase it from Bunnings again thanks for the weeds. My garden has never had weeds till I got potting mix and compost from Bunnings

Always walk out with more than I went for but it keeps me busy.
Quick in and out and Openpay makes bigger purchases convenient, when you see that certain something at a price to good to resist
