Standard bunnings, clean store, well layed out, friendly staff, no stock issues and easy checkout

If I had an endless supply of money I'd be at bunnings everyday and I just wish I could work there.

Poorly staffed. Placed order online and didn't received any email. Rang the store and they didn't responded properly stating we are very busy and hang up on me. Would never go back to this store again. Would give 0 star if there is an option.

Love Bunnings as a Tradie.most staff are great and helpful.
Still have memories as a youngster and the local hardware store.long gone now.

I think it's great that bunnings mainly employs special needs workers but the management needs to make sure they're trained adequately. Not a fan how the older woman are rude and clearly aren't happy being there

Popped in here on the way home. Well laid out, nice wide aisles, good speed through the checkouts - as usual a great shopping experience

Ash at the trade desk on Sunday was a gem, very friendly and went out of her way to assist with a deck roof solution. Top marks for professional service!

I came here to get some ratchet straps. They turned out to be on special here.

Staff was as expected, polite. Parking was plentiful when we went, and it likely is, most of the time.

Not a bad Bunnings if you are nearby.

Public toilet located towards the rear of the store. Clean and hygienic. Nothing fancy but great place to have a drop if you are in a pinch, will save you from dancing around whilst trying to make decision in store preventing a rushed purchase.

My hubby's heaven on earth. He's man of all trade so he xan stay at bunnings for long hours. Everything you need for repairs and buildings are here, gardening, cleaing stuff. Also the customer service is superb. Everyone is smiling and willing to help.

Arrived to have a set of keys cut half an hour before store closing time only to be told to come back in the morning because the machine had already been cleaned for the night. How is that my concern? Shouldn't customer service come first given the service is offered in store between opening hours? I could understand if they were run off their feet but the store was near empty. Really disappointed by the dismissive attitude of the team member who clearly prioritised her end of shift over the customer's needs.

Huge carpark, lots of parking spaces even when busy. Usual (huge) range of building and home supplies, gardening supplies and pot plants. Café and playground. All the usual stuff. Staff were friendly. Only (minor) gripe was being chased as i exited to leave via the exit on the opposite side from my car, because COVID.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that annoys me about this Bunnings is there is no clear pedestrian crossing between the car park and the store, oh and the speed humps you have to get your trolley over to get back to your car make it very hard to navigate

The best of the Bunnings in the area in my opinion.
Seem to have better range of stock and availability of what they do stock compared to Scoresby.

The manager at 8pm there today was very bad at what she did. I asked her about the plant price and she wouldn’t even let me negotiate. She said I need to come back tomorrow 10am in a unpleasant manner. What is she doing? What a useless manager. And what she needs is a positive life and lots of training. How does she become a manager. Because of her age? Don’t shop there before 9pm guess they do not care about customers concerns at all.

Good store but prefer Croydon my sister in law and nephew work here she works in the garden department and is very helpful when it comes to plants

Always lovely experience. Helpful and happy staff members. Go out of way to help and give advice when asked. Staff are friendly and welcoming, always say hi or ask if you need a hand when they pass in aisles. Thank you.

2/10 for stocking too much made in China product
8/10 for knowledgeable pleasant mature staff
2/10 for rude clueless teenage staff
1/10 for understaffed outdoor and garden areas after 5PM and shortage of tellers after 5PM

Huge Bunnings and well stocked.

After 5PM there is a shortage of staff to assist in the garden, landscape and outdoor sections.

Some of the staff are very young and unhelpful

Some of the older staff are respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant

Typical Bunnings, huge with a wide range of products related to hardware, maintenance, building, gardening, storage etc. Great range of tools as well as equipment hire. I needed a few items from different areas and had to ask staff on the floor for directions. Always friendly and helpful. I also needed some info on product selection for some roofing products. Staff member I spoke to must have been a tradie or roofie as he was experienced with the products and could recommend the most suitable for my purposes. Fantastic service! I also had to return an item that was faulty under warranty. No questions asked, I thought it would need repair etc, but they just told me to get a brand new one and swapped it with no hassles. Great store.
