I love coming here! Only Vietnamese place that i trust! Food is always fresh and clean, meats perfect. The lovely ladies working here are the best so friendly and super nice.
Best bbq pork bahni mi, best vermicelli noodle salad with spring rolls. Really clean pho! The strawberry green tea Yakult is so yum! 10/10 this place over McRae and the other place in rosebud! Pics aren’t the best cause I was so hungry I started and forgot to take a pic

It's a shopping mall Banh Mi shop.don't go for silver service, go for delicious eats, which they do a great variety of! The eat in facilities are rudimentary, as you'd expect.

Quick and friendly service and yummy vegan options. We had the vegan pork and vegan duck rolls and the Spring rolls were delicious.

Went to BunMee Bay today and had an amazing experience, the staff where so helpful and the food was delicious. We got the vegan rice meal and the crispy pork rice meal. They even made my girlfriend a vegan vietnamese iced coffee which was great will definitely become regulars here.

We’ve been going here since it opened and it’s never been a disappointment. Rice paper rolls are always full of salads and meats, and the hoisin is delicious. The crispy pork roll is another family favourite. The salads are more costly but hard to pass up, and the fried rice is always a hit with our child.

Best Banh Mi and Rice paper rolls on the peninsula. Super friendly staff. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my order. So prompt and convenient.

I love this place so much! The food is the best Vietnamese I’ve eaten, I always get the bun and it’s always so fresh and as a vegetarian the mock meat is soo good, I highly recommend this place!

As a proud Vietnamese meat eater myself, I am in disbelief at how INCREDIBLE the mock meat offered at this place is! My partner is vegetarian and this is one of the only places where the mock meat somehow tastes BETTER than the regular meat! I have no idea how they do it whilst keeping that authentic Vietnamese flavour, but if we had more places like this in Melbourne I think more people like myself would realise how viable of a protein mock meat can be! One of the best vietnamese food place I found in Mornington peninsula. Their pho is full of flavour. Their food and service is amazing. Definitely come back here again.

Looks can be deceiving. It's not much to look at, but trust me, it's worth a go. So far have had the crispy pork and satay chicken Bahn mi. Really tasty and hits the spot.
They do vermicelli bowls etc too if you want to get something for later on.

Not authentic Vietnamese. It's more of a standard chicken roll with salad. There is no pickled Carrot or pate.

I gotta give this place 5 stars even if it looks like a public school canteen, the food was extremely tasty and inexpensive, better than some expensive Vietnamese restaurants. We got the BBQ chicken rice paper rolls and pork vermicelli bowls and loved them, definitely recommended!

The 2nd worst Banh mi i've had the misfortune of eating. Not only were the chicken thighs cooked to every inch of their life, the entire sandwich was tasteless, over priced and adding insult to injury I was charged an additional 20 cents to use eftpos as payment (which is more than the allowable 1% of total cost). Please do not eat here stay home, save some money and eat an old shoe instead.
