Didn’t have a great experience in this non inclusive school. In our experience, claims on the website were untrue about supporting and preparing the child to take the next step. The prep class teacher doesn’t have skill sets to groom a child and never made any efforts to do anything for our son and was prone to accusing our child for every small thing that impacted his confidence. They weren’t prepared to uncover any strengths of the child, were prone to complaining for smallest of things, and making it a big deal. While the school was pretty negligent in terms of child safety, that wasn’t made a big deal for some strange reason. This school doesn’t have a fence built around it either. The Infrastructure was run down and the bathrooms that kids used weren’t well maintained and didn’t have basic hygiene. Our experience wasn’t pleasant. Don’t recommend if you are looking for inclusion.we weren’t made to feel that the parent or child belongs there.

The school looks nice but all the nice buildings are used by teachers and the real classrooms are bad with some year levels having to live in portable rooms for over 2 years but most of the teachers are very kind the best teacher I meet their was Natasha Narayan and Chloe McKay in my years at the school all the programs the school ran like music and science etc were wasted potential the music teacher made students do horrible dances at the 2021 graduation like tiktok dances and I never learnt a thing but as soon as I went to high school I was able to learn and instrument that I wanted to learn and joined the school band Bundoora had a band but they did nothing but like two songs and most of "music" was just people singing songs with the real song in the background the school had no fun days and if there were "fun days" they were really bad the only good thing that I enjoyed was maths manly because of me teacher Ms MaKay and my main teacher for two years Natasha Narayan the teacher my friends and I believe was Nerida Newell the music teacher and all she did was make us do horrible dances moves for a concert that got canceled and after I walked out of school because it was so bad they still made students do it with no breaks after the teachers said they would never make us do anything we didn't want to do but yet they continued to make us do stuff we really disliked and was useless to our futures.
I have to go on but on the Bundoora Primary school site it says that you can get music lessons of an instrument of your choosing they do give lessons but after being their for 7 years I only saw to kids of lessons drums and piano and maybe once a year a bass guitar but not half of the instruments on the website.

What a pity the principal left and this is what we all have to deal with, shame on the education department for not replacing an amazing principal with someone who cannot deal with basic needs nor bullying within the higher levels of the school
