First time attending and I haven't felt like less pain then when I walked in. Highly recommended

Conflicting information on their door regarding seeing unvaccinated covid patients. It is permitted but need to wear P2 mask. Except for one paranoid discriminating Dr who will not. Obviously uneducated and
doesn't realise you can catch covid from vaccinated people too. I have an exemption, I take supplements, I had light symptoms when I caught Covid. Why bother explaining to an old fuddy-duddy. Ask for someone younger and modern. Very disappointing.

I have been seeing Barry Fleming for over 34 years and even though i have moved 50 minutes away i won't go see anyone else. He is amazing and can fix me like no other. Just the best!

Been here twice for remedial massage. The last time was not good - I mentioned I had a stiff neck in the middle of the massage and Uyen went and rubbed it. That produced a sharp pain. When I said 'ouch! ' she laughed! She stopped rubbing that area briefly before returning and doing the same, painful, thing.

It hurt my neck, but I thought maybe it was 'good pain'. A week later, I have a sharp pain in that spot, causing me headaches. Even if that is just a coincidence, I wouldn't recommend a remedial massage therapist that is dismissive of a patient's pain.

Edit: added a star because the owners reached out to me after this review and did their best to make sure my concerns were addressed.

I entered the clinic. The receptionist stared at me without saying a word as if I was a stranger who had just broken into her home. I had to initiate the 'Good morning, I'm here for an appointment. '. Although she was fine afterwards.

The physio I saw was Lara. There was no massage, even though I said I was sore, just a prescription of some stretches. Whilst she was making me demonstrate it she said "Use good posture! Good posture! ", without explaining what that actually meant.e. G.chin in, chest out, something like that (?) It sounded more like an admonition, than an explanation, I mean, who consciously chooses a bad posture? Furthermore, there was a previous injury, which I brought up at the beginning, that I was hoping to get checked up on its healing. However, Lara did not do anything to assess this and at the end when I brought up the previous injury again she was kind of offhand in her manner and told me if I wanted to have it checked up that I could do so in the next appointment, without any apology for forgetting about it. Also, throughout the session I just felt I was kind of despised.and I'm struggling to figure out why.

I had been to another physio clinic before further down Plenty Road, and I experienced much better customer service from the staff there. I had gone there for my previous injuries and there was always a massage, for immediate relief of the symptoms, combined with prescriptions of exercises for longer term healing. I always do my exercises, but I was looking forward to that physio treatment for immediate relief as well, and I felt kind of short-changed here.

I saw Deme and Uyen at the clinic for a problem with my achilles. They sorted it out with massage (which hurt:) and orthotics. I'd had pain for almost a year so I was very impressed when i was back running pain free after 5 weeks! Thanks

I have been working with physiotherapist Lara O’Dea, at Bundoora Physiotherapy Clinic since February 2019 to recover from an injury.
Lara is a highly skilled physiotherapist with an excellent bedside manner. I went to see her a little broken after the emotional upheaval that comes with having to recover from a physical injury.

Lara goes above and beyond her role, and has a natural propensity to empathise with the difficulties that come with personal recovery on both a physical and mental level. She is kind, patient and compassionate, while simultaneously maintaining a high level of professionalism. I am really impressed by her breadth of knowledge and experience, as well as her ongoing commitment to her profession. I am the type of person who needs to understand the smaller details of how the body behaves and responds to injury, to further understand how it will heal. Lara is always more than willing to extend her experience and knowledge patiently and in a way that is easy to understand.

I have been going to Bundoora physiotherapy clinic twice a week for almost a year to attend Lara’s clinical pilates classes, as well as for regular private physiotherapy sessions. The pilates classes are well priced, always small and Lara always gives generous personal attention to any concerns or questions you might have, and at the same time delivers a personalised routine to facilitate your recovery. I cannot recommend Lara and the rest of the team at Bundoora Physiotherapy Clinic enough! ️

Love this place! They show professionalism & friendly care. Physios Lara & Tony know their stuff and really helped me. Jose is a brilliant masseuse easing my headache and even giving pain management techniques. Receptionist friendly and helpful.

I visited for the first time today and saw Tony. I had been on strong pain killers for 2months. Pain in my glute, hip and left leg, bent over and in excruciating pain. I would say just after my first session I feel 90% better already. Im so relieved. I found Tony to be professional, knowledgable and respectful and I highly recommend him.

I visited this clinic recently. The doctors and staff are very professional. The inside the clinic is very warm, clean and welcoming. The medical facility is a modern and state of the art. So I recommend this clinic to anyone who is seeking professional care.

Staff and doctors are friendly and the clinic is well equipped with video conferencing facility so that when I go to country side, I can get in touch with my GP and specialists.
