We had the best time. Our daughters baby shower went really well and she was a very happy little mummy to be. The staff were so helpful and the food and service was excellent. Highly recommend for a function or just a night out.

Great place to go. Had daughters 21 there in function room. They where very helpful to all of us could not fault them in any way would very highly recommend them.

I am appalled with this service. We had a birthday party booked in the function room 3 weeks in advance and they called 2 hours in advance to inform us that they "had a bigger party book last minute and we would no longer be able to use the function room" this has left us with no venue to hold the party at. This is unfair and ridiculous. There was no apologise or recommendation for other venues. Would not recommend to anyone. Will not be returning. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Surprise birthday party had a room to our selves everyone seemed to be happy with meals and service. Group of of 30 plus.

Staff were very attentive but the food was a fail. I ordered the vegetarian lasagne as reviews said it was good. Smallest serve I've ever seen. Served with anaemic chips and the usual packet greens with 1 cherry tomato and a couple of bits of cucumber. Disappointing to say the least.

Had a family lunch here, such a classic pub vibe, good sturdy menu, food was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Great experience!

A neat and well run establishment, however I've found it to be a bit standard. I mean this as constructive feedback when I say that you really are missing a trick here. In my personal opinion, it wouldn't take much to go a bit up market. You already have a neat set up, a better and 'less standard' menu could do wonders. Go well

Rib Filet was half cold and half hot (as if it had been microwaved) served with cold potatoes. We thought it might be potato salad but I was told they were supposed to be roasted. Not wanting to cause a fuss I took it back and paid for a basic parma and was refunded the difference. Then my husbands Steak sandwich arrived 15 minutes after everyone had finished their meals, we were a group of 4 adults and 3 children. His food was cold, steak was smaller than a palm size, grey and so tough my husband literally couldn’t chew it. Egg hard and cold. Literally 5 ripped bits of cheese stacked on each other and a couple of tomato ends. To top of off, as he picked at his chips he found a defrosted, uncooked chip. Staff were argumentative, and rude for the most part. Apparently there was no manager in, but one of them offered to get the owner who never came out. The lady who changed my meal was apologetic and once the other one actually looked at my husbands meal was also apologetic after arguing the point for ages. Honestly we just tried to go for dinner with our friends and you made it literally impossible. Do not recommend unless you like salmonella and poor service.

What a great meal, Parma night had the spicy and it was delicious. If you like Parma give this place a try

Booked here for my birthday lunch with the family after seeing all the great reviews and what a mistake that ended up being.

We ordered the the calamari and garlic pizza entrees. The calamari was fine, however the garlic pizza took me back to the deserts of the Middle East, instantly parched due to the copious amounts of salt. One slice was eaten out of pure hunger, 3 other slices were bitten into and promptly turfed back onto the plate. Two slices were untouched.

We requested the waitress take it back, she did offer a new one, however that offer was declined, it wasn't worth the risk.

We were never asked for feedback on the mains, so here it is:

For mains we had two duck salads, a prawn linguini and a porter house steak. The linguini and porterhouse were good.

The duck salad consisted of 3 pieces of cos lettuce as the salad component. The duck itself was bland, seemingly they ran out of salt after preparing the garlic pizza entree. The duck was also quite dry.

We requested a refund on the garlic pizza, after some discussion among the wait staff we were told they were not going to provide a refund as we are "most" of the pizza. By its very definition this was not true.

We were instead offered a voucher, however with the salty taste from earlier still lingering, we had no intention of returning. The waitress did offer drinks, but the damage was done, they'd taken out money for something that should've never made it out the kitchen.

Also seems unlikely the chef ever tasted it after being sent back otherwise I'm sure a refund would have been offered instead of having to ask for one and subsequently being denied.

Terrible customer experience and overall average food.

My recommendation if you decide to eat here, take photo evidence of anything you send back, otherwise they might accuse you of having ate it all.

I am from Australia and came to this pub due to it being close to my Airbnb. I expected it to be a nice pub with good food but what I didn’t expect was the amazing service and friendliness of The bartender workers Aladin, Fred and Anup. As soon as I walked through the door these gentlemen were friendly and provided very well service. The food was also amazing and the variety of tap beer was incredible. I am only staying in London for a few more nights but after my experience tonight, I am going to come here every night as I know I will have a good time with good food and good drinks. I recommend this place highly to anyone living in the area or visiting:)

Great menu to choose from, great staff and atmosphere. Meal portion sizes are filling and worth the money. There's a playground for kids as well.

Always a good meal here! The staff are attentive and service is great! Hard to be disappointed! Give it a go!

Absolute appalling episode with owner grapelling Shirt collars with customer 30+ yrs older than him in front of bar today. My wife was so upset, we will never go there again. I tried to calm things down but was shut down by some idiot who was quote "more than a patron". The owner should know better, you don't get physical with old people, if they refuse to leave for whatever reason, call the police, don't get physical! With old man 30+ yrs older? Disgraceful behaviour! Not a Sydney nightclub, supposed to be a family hotel! If that old man whatever his faults had a heart attack, what then? No! Never Again! Have not been so appalled in a long time.

Great venue, we were in the function room for a birthday party, staff were wonderful, lovely menu, great service, we all enjoyed it very much.

Perfectly cooked Eye Fillet, Dianne Sauce & roast spuds to die for. Parma’s were amazing as well as was the Warm Lamb Salad. A fantastic Easter Saturday lunch the whole family enjoyed

Staff friendly and food delicious. I had the ribs and man they were to die for. Do recomend if your looking for a warm friendly place for a feed and drink.
