Bumble Beez Indoor Playcentre & Cafe

We had our daughter's second birthday at Bumble Beez and found Tracey and her team, exceptional! They went over and above for us on the day to make it enjoyable and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My daughter loved the day and we had so many compliments from our friends. Thank you for such a wonderful celebration.

Manager, I believe her name is Tracey, overheard her being incredibly rude to her staff. I don’t know how she keeps staff when she treats them terribly. Also witnessed her being rude to patrons.

They are constantly improving it and making it more attractive to kids. My daughter always wants to come here again and again. A bit of supervision on those going into the play area with shoes on can help make it safer for kids.

Went to a kids party on the weekend. Kids had an absolute ball. The staff were so friendly and accomadating. The centre was so big and clean. Lots for the kids to do and they loved the food. Will definitely be booking a party there soon.

Nice play area for toddlers and kids, friendly staff and lots of clean toys to play around.

I love going to this centre with my son, he always has a great time!

Would love if there were more vegan options at the cafe though, I usually just end up with hot chips or a fruit salad because that’s all there is.

We took our 2 snd 6 year old daughters and they had a lot of fun. Everything was clean and well maintained. Will be going back again.

Yesterday my granddaughter Aisling had her 4th birthday, every child loved it, we were looked after by a lovely lady, I did not get her name, she was blond with glasses, thank u so much for everything

Great pleasant atmosphere. Just enough space to play and enjoy without the out of reach fear/danger of too much space.

Good for children of all ages from toddlers up. I like the new focus on a younger kids profile (6 years and under) which means you don't get ten year olds knocking toddlers over. Nice selection of play equipment. I came here first 3 years ago and I can see the new owner has really turned the place around. Lots of party rooms. Fairly large area for kids to find their own place to congregate. Amazing array of food options. Fresh sandwich boxes for kids. Cut fruit. All fresh. The quiche here is world class. Coffee is excellent.

Great place to bring your child / children from 6 months to 6 years of age. The best time to go is during the week when birthday parties are not being hosted, just because it’s a lot busier and to avoid the bigger children. It’s only a small $7 fee for each child and the play area is great, it’s built for the age group mentioned and is such a safe environment for little explorers. The cafe has a good variety but I would like to see some more healthy options for both adults and children, especially because we are to buy lunch rather than bring our own. The staff are friendly, I’ve been there a few times now and never had a problem, on the weekends though, more staff would be great, food and coffee takes a little too long to get out which can be stressful when you have hungry children
Overall I do recommend this place, I’m not from the area and travel from 45 minutes away because my 2.5 year old loves it so much.

Staff is lovely, accommodating and very helpful, place is also very clean and well maintained.
Will definitely use them again for the little one's BD party plus the weekly visits.

Today I had my son's 3rd birthday at Bumble beez. Cassi was so accommodating and did so much for us. She did not leave my side and was asking us if i needed anything the whole time. The place was so clean and nice. We had 60 guests and every single one of them loved the friendly environment and the customer service.
I will doing all my son's birthday there and will be visiting the centre every week?

Big changes here during Covid. I first visited 3 years ago and it wasn't appealing. Now it targets 0-6 year olds specifically, meaning no one knocking little toddlers over. A great selection of fixtures makes it a good 2-3 hour experience, minimum. Food range is good. For some reason the coffee is exceptional.

Nice place. Value for money. Only 6 dollars entry fee. They have good party packages. Staff is so humble. Very affordable food. Kids enjoyed a lot.

We just celebrated our 7 year old daughters birthday at bumble beez. There was about 30 kids and 20 adults. All the kids had so much fun and none were bored, all found something to play on. Ages 1 to 10. The adults enjoyed the lasagne, chips and salad. The party room and table was set out beautifully. They cater to our daughter with peanut allergy also which is a big deal that she could eat the party food too! Thankyou so much to bumblebeez staff for making the birthday memorable.

My 3½ year old girl had an absolute ball on Friday 31 April. Well worth the trip and will be coming here again. Food was good too so only complaint is no light on sign to see at night (almost drove past it)

My daughter and her friend had an amazing time for the Friday playgroup session! It was our first time and I am in awe of the beautiful team here.

I can't recommend Bumble Beez highly enough. Staff are truly wonderful and are willing to help and support parents while their little terror run off some energy. Toddler section is fully enclosed for piece of mind. Tracey runs the playcenter with care, love and respect. Parties are fairly priced too and they get alot of food.
