All the staff here are so incredibly helpful and cheerful. Between the great assistance from the landscape yard, to the incredible fertalizers, to such a large range of healthy well maintained plants, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Will be dealing with very rude and arrogant female staff, which will talk down to customers.

Had to amend my review. This place 'used' to be good. Turned their backs on certain customers during COVID - 19 and showed where their loyalty lies. Don't like this greenery anymore.

This business is absolutely focussed on all the right things gardening and environment.
Their contribution to the community is invaluable.
As a family owned business they have the ability to make decisions which are supportive of all the right foundations and values. Please support this business because they support our world and good environmental practice. They have a great and interesting range, their staff are helpful and knowledgeable, their stock is good quality and they offer so much information to the customer base as a service which is non invasive but always accessible.

Great range of plants & gardening equipment at reasonable prices. The only downside for me is that the staff usually aren't very friendly & don't seem happy to be there.

Nice to visit this place again, reminds me of when I went a lot as a child. Art still looks good all these years later?

Best place for food gardening seedlings and materials. Friendly and knowledgeable staff too.

Very bad customer service, staff is very aggressive and angry, will never shop there again
Went to there this morning, the gate was half open about 8: 56am, saw two cars drove in, so we followed them after waiting at outside about 15mins, one young male staff saw us drove in became very angry and even was swearing and got told off by him rudely. First of all, if you don’t want customers to came in then you shouldn’t have kept the gate more than half open, even all of us shouldn’t have drove in at 8: 56am, but shouldn’t have been treated like that

We visited for 10-14mm Torquay pebbles but they only had 7 and 20mm sizes. We bought some lovely plants and tubes instead. They have an excellent range and in well maintained condition. Always worth a visit to see what's on offer. The garden artwork is amazing too.

As per some of the reviews below, felt like I should apologize to the fellow behind the counter for bothering him. Sorry buddy, go back to whatever it was you were doing, sorry for wanting to buy something! Stock is a bit limited too, so it might be better to try somewhere else, plenty of nurseries in the area.

Great selection. Lots of things you cannot find at Bunnings or most other nurseries. Also some 'arty' stuff.metal sculpture, ceramics and the like.

Thanks to all the staff at Bulleen Art and Garden, I urgently needed some mortar sand otherwise it would have been next Tuesday. The staff went out out of their way to help me, even when it was 38 degrees and would have been easier for them to just stay and keep cool. Can't recommend them high enough.

Disappointed. Waited while staff walked straight passed me, no hello. Then, when I asked for assistance I felt as though I was interrupting. No smiles, no more help than what I specifically asked. There was at least seven staff that I saw and not one made eye contact. Rude. Won’t bother returning.

What a fantastic place! Endless range of plants and great value. I'd filled up my basket before finding a whole other half of the nursery! Will be a regular visitor, staff were super helpful and friendly as well, all round great experience.
