The sink (Willow 600×450 Medium Single Bowl Sink) is high quality, large and comfortable.

Poor Quality product. Many rusty spots after installation, the supplier found any excuse to deny the poor quality! And refuse return and refund! Avoid, avoid buying anything from here! Hard to deal with the supplier.

Great quality products. Got the brush gun metal coloured sink and tap ware. Completely changed the look of our kitchen!

I had a few taps and shower head installed at home. Loved the quality products. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

What a sensational sink and tap, along with the chopping board, colander, and dish rack. This combination sets of the island bench with the under mount look. I did a lot of research and hunting around to find the quality I wanted for my kitchen island bench and was not let down one bit. The brushed gunmetal sink and tap have hit the mark. I highly recommend this company for all your kitchen and bathroom accessories, and they are a locally owned and based company. I will be buying more products in the future for my home renovations.

Edit review: the gold tap which i paid $499 for has broken within 4 weeks of use. The thread on the handle of the tap is way too small and keeps undoing and falls off in your hand, even lock tight does not work because of the tiny little thread to hold it on, i have to say is poor quality and the sink scratches way too easily. That 5stars went down fast.
Old review before being installed: Bought a gold sink and matching tap from Buildmat, quality was as good as some of the more expensive brands being sold. 3 mths since purchase we finally have both installed in my new kitchen. Look great.

I am not happy with the service I received. I bought the kitchen sink in July and the strainer broke so I sent email requesting new one but they told me to buy one. You don't expect this thing to broke in 6months let alone asked to buy one which should have been provided by the seller. Very disappointing and I bought one from bunning but it doesn't fit.

We purchased a large kitchen sink through Buildmat, but unfortunately the one we chose was too big for our cupboard (our fault) and we needed to return it. We found the staff very helpful and their system easy to understand. We have returned the sink and ordered a smaller one.
We are very happy with the service that staff have provided and we highly recommend Buildmat and their products.

Ordered online from the GC and arrived in a few days. Items were packaged perfectly. Sink and mixer are beautiful and good quality. Excellent service overall.

Terrible customer service. Received an email showing sink as one price and had a different price online. To try and get the to honour the price in the email, I emailed twice, sent an Instagram message, and tried to contact them on their online chat. All I received was a very blunt one liner - “The sink is $xxx”. Which of course was the more expensive price. Will be looking elsewhere.

I'm so pleased with the two sinks I have purchased, they look fantastic with the modern square cut. But what has impressed me the most is the customer service I have received. From my first contact, Buildmat has been friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to help me with my purchase. Not only that, but their aftercare service is exemplary. Some businesses wash their hands of you after your purchase, but BuildMat has continued to provide me with support even after our sinks were installed. I'm very impressed.

This is one “hell of a sink”! Received it today and it is so well built. It is very heavy and so well made. I was specifically looking for a sink that was 1.5mm thick stainless steel - the heavy gauge. For the price this was the most competitive sink I could find anywhere on Australian websites. I have not been disappointed and am excited about seeing it going into the stone benchtop. Thank-you to Jimmy for your excellent customer service and very fast shipping also. Was looking for a sink to fit in our awkward corner kitchen and eventually found one here. Happy to support small business in these times. Fast and effecient delivery just before Christmas and ready to use for our Christmas lunch. Found out this sink won a design award so feeling super happy with my purchase. The guy who served me was super friendly and very helpful.

I ordered 2 sinks from Buildmat, and I accidentally ordered 1 in the wrong size, the service received to try and fix my error was really next level. I was already happy Id bought from this company simply due to the service and that’s before the items arrived. And once they arrived, they looked AWESOME!
