Building Products AU Coolroom Insulated & EPS Panels

I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism & bad work that Matt & Eissa did while building my cabin. They are not tradesman & I found so many mistakes & when I asked Kaivan the boss, to get them fixed, he sent Eissa out & he basically didn’t fix much at all. He actually brought me supplies & expected me to fix the problem. Also while they were building Matt asked me to give him the rest of the money for the job, which wasn’t finished. They showed no pride in their work. The plumber who they used to install the plumbing is still waiting to be paid. Bad business because he’s been waiting since the end of February 2022. Also I’ve recently spoken to Kaivan, the boss & txt him about things that still need to be fixed & he just ignores me. I’m extremely unhappy with this companies lack of professionalism & I’d suggest that people look further & do your research before considering this company. I feel that they took advantage of me.
Now 8 months later I have to get the front screen door fixed. It locks me in & it takes much time to try & open it & today it won’t lock at all. Also the keys given to me for the glass door doesn’t fit, so I can now only lock it from the inside, so now when I go out I can’t lock my cabin. I didn’t want to give this review but it’s been one thing after the other. I’m fed up.

I building the house and workshop use Kaivan's panel for 3 years, never met any problem, this is the best panel and top quality in Melbourne i think!
his panel really good joined and smooth, Z lock joined perfect and easy.price also much good for me! I like this guy he is a profesional seller man.this guys has his own factory in china that's why he could keep the quality and the cheaper price for us.
