George Nicolopoulos provided a very comprehensive and detailed house inspection report in accordance with The Australian Standard for Building Inspections (AS 4349.1).

The inspection report used a comprehensive checklist and summary with photographs to describe minor defects of the dwelling. It also provided me with enough information to be aware of the property's condition and identified any significant problems.

Overall I was very satisfied with the inspection report and appreciate the professional service from Mr. Nicolopoulos.
