If you are looking for a building surveyor that is guaranteed to cross every 'T' and dot every 'i', look no further than Builde. We were taken care of by Angelo Kydas and I could not have asked for a more helpful building surveyor. Nothing was ever too much and Angelo has an extraordinarily strong knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations. He was able to guide us through the process of obtaining a building permit for a two story residential dwelling even though we had no previous experiance in building.

Strongly recommended for those that want the job done properly.

The simplest, best and most efficient way to solve a problem is via free and open communication. Unfortunately today this is becoming exceedingly rare. As a consequence, simple issues unnecessarily become enormous and very time consuming headaches.

Darcy was easy to talk to and always accessible. He was polite, friendly and professional. This made it very easy for us to work together as a team and 'get the job done' with ease.

With the enormity of bureaucracy and red tape we have to go through these days and with Councils etc becoming increasingly 'elitist' and thus disconnected from society, this was a breath of fresh air.
