Build-A-Bear Workshop

Didn’t get served for 30 minutes, as well as the other 10 people waiting. Once a lady asked why it was taking say long they said a “party” was on. I guess that means they can’t serve anyone nor build any bears for an extended period of time?

This might be a bit biased because I've got good memories here with my girlfriend but both times I've been here have probably been the most fun chadstone trips of my life. Here are the teddies we got! The white ones are Dahlia and Rose, and the multicoloured ones are Azalea (Azzie) and Flick!

As a 26 yr old I loved going to build a bear.the staff gave us the same experience as the kids without actually treating us like kids. They were a bit busy so there was some waiting to fill our bears but loved every second of it otherwise

If i can leave this place a -0 i would. I got two bears with two costumes with it then the lady’s were like if you want add a scent and i did.and you can’t even smell anything and i brought it for 130? For two bears and two costumes and they kept adding on to things that wasn’t even necessary that charged extra then the average price i’m never ever returning here ever again these teddy bears were meant for my grandkids which they had ruined and, they made my down syndrome grandchild really upset with the teddy bear he got now his been really down lately, this is not a go to place! ️

Where do I start. Waited 20 minutes to be served, which I don't mind, however, when it was my daughters turn the consultant looks me in the eye says ' I will be back'. She grabs her jacket and disappears out of the store. Waited another 15 minutes. Poor girl behind the counter, who is servicing at least 5 people at the checkout counter come to assist. Finally made the bear and one would expected that you could then quickly check out.wrong. Waited another 10 to 15 min as the consultant had to serve all the other people who were waiting. Finally, our turn to check out. We typed in the details for the 'bear birth certificate'. System not working. Tried again. When we printed the certificate, the printer barley made it. All the printing was or very poor quality, it appears that the printer was just about to run out of ink. In summary, this should have been a great experience, however, it was absolutely terrible.

Had my daughter's birthday party held here with 10 of her classmates. They had a great time playing games and building their own bears - everyone had a lot of fun, with great memories. The only thing that's not supported is cake cutting as food is not allowed in the store.

Thank you so much to Fiona, who was alone on her shift tonight and did an amazing job of juggling all the customers. She was very helpful and energetic and friendly.

Had fun with the grandkids. But they were disappointed Nanny didnt purchase.

The staff are always so wonderful. They let my daughter have a toy from the display since it was out of stock. The building experience was so sweet when she was able to bond with the toy with the heart. The store was busy but the staff were able to time manage well.

Paris was lovely & bear-y helpful (lol im so funny). Thank u 4 the best experience! My bf loves his oogie boogie

This morning we had the best service! Didn’t catch her name but was around 11am will be back again! She was amazing!

The worker who served us (Fiona) was extremely friendly, happy and bubbly, excellent service and super duper welcoming and kind to my girlfriend and I! Keep it up!

If Build a Bear were hell I’d never miss a day of Church. Time stops in this place, you forget what day it is and start to worry that you will never be able to leave.

Exceptional service! Came into the Chadstone store today to get a special present for my daughter, the attendant Fiona, was run off her feet but was very upbeat and gave every child in the store the best experience! Very grateful for her care and assistance. Wonderful experience with happy faces all around.

Thank you to Fiona at Chadstone who ensured my 5 yr old daughter had a wonderful time. It was our first visit here and Fiona spent time explaining everything to us, showing us suitable options to make/dress our chosen toy and really personalised the experience. She also had no issue with me filming when the toy was being stuffed. My daughter walked out and said ‘this is the best day ever’ ️

Amazing place! Pick a soft toy, get it filled any way you want, make it soft or firm, put a scent in, put a heart in, clothe it, accessorise it and you have yourself a completely unique soft toy made just for you.and a much much lighter wallet too

Fiona has excellent customer service skills. She was informative, not pushy and was really fun. Great experience.

The worker here was lovely and funny and very helpful despite the busy Christmas rush. Brilliant service and a nice store all round)
