I have ordered several times through Buffalo for my junior football club and their service has been nothing but exceptional.

Organising quotes through them for their products is easy and strait forward, and when they had a problem with one of the products they called straight away and informed me of the problem and had ready to go solutions.

Got a pickleball net from Buffalo Sports, they actually reply when emailed unlike a lot of companies, product arrived in 3 days, well packed & is good quality, thanks.

I bought a cosmos football shoe from buffalo sports online and my son played for 10 minutes on grass football field and the shoes studs made of plastic came off along with the sole of the shoes. I have asked for refund and awaiting response. I will update my review after receiving refund. Wish there was option to share the poor quality of the shoe here.

Firtst order went ok, the colour was different to the picture, black not grey, so it dosent match what I already have. Second order, they gave me a shipping price of $13, total $112. I paid the $112, after they recieving my money, now they asked for a aditional $100 for shiping, on a order that was only $112 including shiping. Total orders 2, total mistakes 2, pay your money, take your chances. Thier prices are good. The shiping, quote system, display pictures, not so good.

Great service, ordered online at 8pm, got an email at 11 advising it was ready for pickup, easy pickup next day. Good quality products, highly recommended!

Terrible experience and poor service. There was a problem with the product I ordered. Took two weeks to communicate with me and didn't hear back for over a month with no order updates. When I did get in contact I was told it will be sorted and "We will definetly call you back tomorrow". Call came back 3 days later, very unprofessional. Ended up sending me a product that was not as described and not fit for purpose. Very frustrating and I will not be back.

Prompt click and collect, fair prices, great range and quality. Let’s support these guys otherwise all that will be left is a Rebel Sport monopoly.

Ordered on Thursday before Easter - delivered on the following Tuesday - in the Corona crisis. Australia Post taking 4 weeks to deliver same distance and same shipping price - these guys & the courier company did it in one business day. Excellent product, excellent service - will purchase more.

Emailed Buffalo asking if they could guarantee delivery before Christmas. Immediate response. Order placed Monday, on the doorstep in a country town the following day.

The service from the staff at Buffalo Sports has been brilliant. The guys emailed me with a PERSONAL email very soon after ordering and called to advise of some details of my order. It was efficient and good old fashioned service! Thank you! So nice to receive! Excellent pricing too!

Bought a football and basketball from here, delivery was prompt and service fantastic. Great prices compared to others. Very friendly to deal with via email. Highly recommend this place and look forward to making more purchases in the near future!

production capabilities, the customer service provided by Buffalo was
disappointing.
