The staff here has a bad attitude and the cars are in dilapidated condition. And additional charges will be deducted from your account several times. Believe me, please choose another car rental company. Otherwise you will regret it.

The vehicle I hired was ready over an hour late. The communication was non-existent at the time with me waiting and getting told "another five minutes" over and over. If you need a vehicle on time - this is not the place to go. They are unreliable and understaffed.

Rochelle helped us with a fast and friendly service. She showed us around the vehicle comprehensively. The truck was brand new and ran well. Explained the fuel charges if the truck was not refuelled prior to return.

Terrible service and even worse from the receptionist Jess, she is rude, have no service customer skill and no respect to you. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Jess helped us today and she was amazing, super willing to troubleshooting our needs and very patient. If you need to rent a truck I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately there was a man who worked there that kept speaking over her and I thought that was rather rude and unprofessional given the exceptional customer service jess is capable of giving every time.

I filled the truck up to the top before i dropped it off and they charged me $80 for not being full. I drive trucks for a living and i know how to fill a truck. Even if it was just under the line i cant believe i was charged $80.

Also the bald man that works at the reception is really rude. Terrible attitude… why work with customers if you hate it so much? He did not give us a run down of the vehicle. He just pretty much threw the keys at us and let us figure everything out.

The receptionist there was the most rude person I’ve ever met. By looking at the reviews I’d say it was Jess. The lady was rude on two
Occasions. Worst experience in customer service I have had. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t know how she has a job! Go rent off another budget!

The truck was great my trolley had a bung wheel.the service was good but could be improved by helping people navigate the confusing and difficult road layouts and traffic conditions in the immediate vicinity

The customer service was absolute rubbish. The receptionist "Jess" was extremely rude. In addition, multiple "pre-authorisation funds" were taken out of my account, which were not required and again, customer service was abysmal.
It's such a shame as the truck was new and very clean.

Good to have received a partial refund from the manager after a misunderstanding and having the van for 2 more days which I didn't need.

Those thieves charged me days after I I returned the truck for additional kilometres I didn’t do. No courtesy email, had to wait weeks for a receipt, which I’m gonna now dispute with my credit card provider. So disrespectful
