Budget Car & Truck Rental Geelong

I looked up online about Bridget Car & Truck Rental in Latrobe Street, East Geelong, who was very helpful for me in hiring a car, I had to pay a security deposit of $400.00 (Which I would be able to get back in full when I returned to the car in time!) Also, It was $75 per day, and I hired it for a few days and I had to show my ID, my driver's licence for security reasons, I hired an automatic car, which was quite easy to drive, and very clean inside and outside the vehicle, it also had a full tank of unleaded petrol and I had to return the car to Budget Car & Truck Rental because I had to return the car on New Year's Day, and I had to return, with a full tank of unleaded petrol, I missed the opening time, but because I contacted Budget Road-side Assistants, who were very understanding & helpful they were able to send an email to Budget Car & Truck Rental, for me to explain what happened and I was told that I would receive a phone call from them the next day, which I did and I was told that they were not, charge anything extra as long as I could return the car before 10.00 am. I was able to do this, and I received my security deposit of $400.00 back. I would recommend Budget Car & Truck Rental to anyone, looking for a great car the customer service was very friendly, professional and helpful as well. I would love to give it a 10/10 rating score.

Great company to deal with. We had a few delays in our move on the day due to us and they were very accommodating and understanding. Couldn't fault their customer service.

After being promised a car until the 28th, my mother received a call saying that it needed to be brought in 8 days sooner with only 24 hours notice.

Best rental service I've ever come across. Everyone has always been extremely accommodating and do everything possible to make renting a vehicle easier for me and other customers when I'm there. Staff are top shelf and friendly every time.

So easy to book/pick-up.
Rates were very reasonable, truck was spotless. Guided through hydraulic lift etc, highly recommend

Budget Hire Geelong allocated my vehicle that I paid for to someone else! They then tried to say it was my fault because they hadn't checked the booking system properly? Tess provided me with her impressively rude and delusional customer service skills. I will never hire from here again. No thanks!

Erika and Tess were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help make sure we had everything we needed and were very flexible with our requirements which made everything so easy. Rubbish I went in to be a added driver to a van we hired, I was told they couldn't add me because they don't except nsw digital licence.a month ago I booked a Suzuki swift from budget Tullamarine airport they excepted my digital licence no question asked. Tullamarine budget the best

This crew provide a great service. I was really happy with the price, and it was the perfect truck for moving house with.
My very experienced big rig driving brother loved it! Clean, tidy, and pleasant to be in, and handled the job with ease.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is number one. Nothing is too difficult and being allowed a little extra time beyond the original drop off time was very much appreciated.

I've used Budget Geelong multiple times for multiple moves and their service has been exemplary. Customer service and the actual process of hiring the vehicles/equipment has been fantastic. I actually made an error in booking my second time around, and I received a call from the staff to fix everything up. Tess, Steven and Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I had the right vehicle and the process was so smooth. 110% recommend their service:)

Couldn't rate the service here any higher. Anthony was an absolute treat to deal with from first enquiry to final payment. The truck was well maintained and easy to load/drive. With moving house comes a lot of stress and Budget took a lot of that stress away by being so easy to deal with.

Yesterday, being Mother’s Day, i needed to drive to Melbourne for family lunch. Annoyingly my own car started making an odd noise Saturday and I didn’t feel safe driving my son and I up to town in it. I hopped on-line and compared prices of local rental car companies. Budget was by far the most reasonably priced. The online booking system was easy to use and the staff at La Trobe Terrace were very kind and thoughtful (I was a bit stressed trying to fit so much in on one day). I picked up the car Sunday morn, and returned it same day. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough for their efficiency, thoughtfulness and the quality of vehicles on offer.

Always dependable even under theses trying busy times, they get you sorted. Customer focus is why I continue to return time and time again whenever I need a vehicle and Steve has really picked up the role after Peter's retirement. A great team deserving of your business.
