My first review ever. (50 YEARS)

I wasn't impressed that i booked online a van and when i went to pick it up i was told they tried to call me to say it wasn't available. No i had no missed calls or anything and it seems like it's to hard to find a Budget with my booking to fix the problem. I asked to be upgraded for the mistake but i was told to go elsewhere.
So i will in future.

Excellent service and friendly staff.
The whole process for car renting was smooth.

Came in after a painful experience trying to pick up a car at Europcar, and was greeted by the most helpful, lovely and gorgeous lady who made our rental process so smooth and easy on such short notice. We are so upset we didn’t catch her name, but she had lovely hybrids/volume lashes! GIVE MY GIRL A RAISE!

Use budget rentals regularly and never have any issues the whole process is a breeze and everybody there has way to good of customer service skills!

Staff are fantastic. Super easy process to hire the vehicle we needed. Always our go to when moving.

Popped in to get a quote on a long-term rental to be told I have to speak to their sales crew on the phone. (Lady behind the counter was quite pleasant) but
there's no point offering a service if it can't be delivered on the spot.
Left my details like I was asked for a call back.
No call came through until later in the afternoon.

We have dealt with Budget Frankston a few times for business purposes, mainly withe Juliana who is the MVP, a literal weapon of rental customer service, prompt, polite, ultra helpful.

The 4m Isuzu truck was ideal for moving furniture for my daughter’s new place in Richmond. To do it one city trip was perfect. The anchor points and hydraulic lift plus being easy to drive made it a lot easier. Thanks Peter for your help and friendly manner. Previously hired a 10 seater bus for a wedding late October which was great. Saved three cars and only having one driver and not staying overnight.

Awful customer service at this place! Walk in, get served, phone rings, person who serves me excuses himself to answer. No problem, presume he'll ask them to wait. Nope, starts a conversation leaving me mid sentence standing at the desk waiting for help again. They also didn't initially take cash as a payment? Then upon returning the truck there was again no customer service. No one to greet us and take keys, check the truck, fuel etc. Avoid this place unless you like to be ignored.

The attention to detail by the staff when picking up the truck was great. They were focused on my safety.

Excellent service, and high quality trucks.

Hired a small truck for the day to move house and it did the job nicely. Truck was clean and easy to drive, plus very economical. Much better than towing a trailer especially when it was raining all day. I'd recommend Budget rental.

I had a really positive experience with these guys. I needed a car quickly late on a Saturday, and they turned it around. Staff were great.
When I returned the car, I left something in the car that was mine, and they went to a bit of trouble to get it back to me. Grateful for the service I was given. I don’t hire cars or trucks often, but when I do it will be from here. Thanks guys

Booked a truck twice in a week and was fantastic both times, one I picked up at 4: 30 for an overnight and other was a Sunday all day. Had no troubles at all operator at the desk was helpful explained everything from the truck to the mileage covered and the daily rental trolleys are also a massive help!
