Buddha shop

Ok so I made a purchase via online and for some strange reason you have to wait for the calculation of postage after the transaction is completed
I did my order on a weekend and expected to receive an email sometime on monday to confirm the postage amount
I had to phone as nothing was sent to me
and was answered by a rather abrupt male who made it very clear he had not done the calculation (heavy toned)
I asked then when will it be done as Ive put my payments on hold because of this places slack online posting proceedures.
I was starting to get angry as this person on the end of the phone did not care when my order would be sent nor would give me a time frame as to when the full charge would be sent to me
He then said and I quote "How about I cancel the order then" I replied thats fine by me.
This Person obviously has lern't nothing about Buddhism and that politeness and anger management are two things tought when you practice Buddhism
Anyway the above is for him to deal with
Would I buy from this place again definately not
They need to change their sending policies and insure that package sending costs are completed with the ending of the transaction not making people wait for however long
UPDATE
I received an email telling me the postage amount which I have excepted
This all could have been avoided if this had been seen to on monday without any further stress

This a fabulous shop, absolutely gorgeous. I bought a couple of strings of Tibetan prayer flags there last visit. You could spend hours in there so much to see and such a lovely vibe. I’ll be back next time I’m in Yack!

I’m grateful I received my order from the Yackandandah Buddha Shop today. I think they’re great. Five out of five. Om mani padme hum.

I have tried to contact the Budda shop in Yackanda many times with no response and I would not recommend them at all I am sorry

Such a beautiful, tranquil yet quirky store. I felt instantly at ease upon entering and the customer service was great! It was like being served by an old friend. If you’re ever in yack, do yourself a favour and pop in.

My experience with both shops were magical! When u step threw those doors your treated as a
long lost friend, Andy has such a great variety everything pleases the eye, I remember years ago going into the Albury shop when I first had my buddy shop experience I wanted a top that was high up, a ladder latter and a few little laughs I got the top and it’s still one of my favourites to this day, not only does this shop in Yackadandandah hold a variety of treasures the smells of oils and incense tickles your nose with pure delight, if I could give a 10 star rating I would, thanks u Andy for your care and love, blessings

I was fortunate enough to visit the Yackandandah Budda Shop years ago. I found both owners to be very helpful to the extent that they bent over backwards to assist me. Their store was amazing like the beautiful little town. Yackandandah is my favourite town in Australia.
