New owners with lots of potential!
All the food is really well cooked!
I got a good size flake that was cooked nice, no oil taste like other shops!
The batter was light, yellow and crunchy very nice!
Potato cakes are AWESOME!
The burger with the lot is HUGE great value for money and very well cooked!
Now for the negatives…….
I think the owners better check with their fish suppliers because it’s not flake!
It tastes like hake!
But still a good size a very well cooked!
The burger was HUGE but…. I hope the owners have a look at how they season their burger Pattie’s, there is something that overpowers the burger with an annoying taste that is like the smell of pencil shavings
Definitely give these guys a go great sizes well cooked maybe try their chook burger as aposed to the beef and also ignore reviews from a year ago as they are from the old owners.

Back here after several years only ordered medium chips which were crunchy salted well very nice. Friendly service

The flake and fish range have been pretty good for a hidden away fish n chips store, with decent chips and a quite satisfying chicken schnitzel burger. The beef burger on the other hand was pretty terrible with a flavourless over-processed consistency.
The store has 2 seats for waiting customers so it's definitely take away rather than somewhere to dart in for a sit down lunch. Staff have been a bit mixed in the service (long warm evening in front of a fryer doesn't make anyone happy), but all together reasonable place to grab a bite.

Excellent service. We put a phone order through for 13 individual orders and everything was done perfect. Great flake and potato cakes

Super friendly staff, served with a big smile. The food was quite delicious and with generous servings too. Could not complain, I will definitely be back.

Been going there for a long time always happy with their food.
Now there are new owners there but quality still not there. Flake was a very good size but chips were all of a small type as opposed to long chips seems quite common now. Felt sick later found the oil used to fry the fish very oily, be better if it was cooked in a lighter oil. A number of fish and chip shops in the area have the same problem. I wouldn't go back there or recommend this place until they cook in a better oil product then it may do very well. Prices were ok compared to other places.
Hope they can rectify this issue then maybe more customers would go there.

A bit of wait time, but you can order in advance over the phone.
They don't always have all the items on the menu.

Under new ownership since COVID shutdowns. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the shop open yet whenever I want to buy fish and chips. It seems that most days they open at 4.30pm but I like to buy at lunchtime. As such I can't comment on the food served or the prices. Very strange hours.

Friendly service my food was read within 15mins. The food was very tasty and the batter was perfect.

Decent fish and chips, probs the best potato cakes in Noble Park. They give you the option of sea and chicken salt

First time trying this place and i am super disappointed, the potato cakes where undercooked and very oily, I actually feel sick after just eating half. The fish sticks or finger thingos where okay but personally to much batter for my liking. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was my honest experience and I hope you guys take some more care when deep frying stuff especially when the oil temperature isn’t correct the food becomes oily and heavy.

Just returned from buying fish and chips from this place. Shop has new owners n they have big shoes to fill. Quality not there yet but the calamari rings are nice n the batter is to my taste n texture of the calamari rings also to my taste. I've eaten many calamari rings over the years n some soo chewy but these one r ok. The fish bites are similar to the ones I've tried from another shop. Little bit dry n lacking flavour. Chips need more cooking on some n needs more chicken salt. Keep pushing on Quality guys.

Flake.terrible, dry old crumbly. Go to ELONERA take away in Elenera rd.for the best fish and chips.

Sometimes very hard to parking your car here.same like the others fish n chips shop and hope they more friendly with customers.sometimes we dont have cash.better u upgrade with paypal for us.

Rang and placed an order of 2 souvlaki and minimum chips don't live to far away, got there very minimal parking the chips were being wrapped up on the hot plate were 2 souvlaki cooking, both taken off and wrapped put on a shelf over the hot plate I asked is that my order and told no only one souvlaki is mine and they have to cook the second one.
Don't know how to run a business and the daughter answering the phone needs to learn how to make herself understood more clearly.
Never to return.

Parking available in front of the shop, clean place which shows staff and management attention to detail and care. Fast service, with attention to get your order right and great standard of fish n chippy style of foods. Often busy which is a good sign. They have some great deals. Not as good as my local at Seaford but not bad at all.

By far best place to grab fish and chips in the south east, clean tasting batter, no oily taste and friendly service, highly rate them.

The food is pretty good here unfortunately the people who work here are not friendly. Ordered chips tonight and some potato cakes and they were very rude when I asked what ingredients they used in their chicken salt. The man threw the salt down and couldn't tell me what was in it at all.
Not a nice experience.
