Best service with a smile and a side of humour. Shaun goes above and beyond to look after his customers. The washing machines are spotless as well as the dryers. I personally choose Bubbles on Beach because it's affordable and convenient.

Had my thick heavy wool underlay cleaned to perfection. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I wish you continued success.

One of the best laundromats I’ve been too! Kept extremely clean and you’re not waiting forever for the washing and drying to be done, it’s quick and efficient. Shaun is extremely professional, very helpful and always happy to answer questions. He’s also awesome to chat with while waiting for the clothes to finish up!

Their price are very reasonably also. They're well located a short walk from Frankston Station. Would recommend them.

5 stars because of the customer service. The owner regularly visits the shop to clean and keep things upto date. He was lovely person full of smiles, good for a laugh and was kind enough to explain which machine will dry delicates best / dry towels best / dry thin clothes best.

Nice clean little laundry, card activated token machine inside and coin/token operated machines.
Was a pleasure coming here will.come back.

I am a long term customer and receive weekly pick-ups thanks to being a participant in the ndis. Both Shaun and Chantal are friendly, flexible and understanding when it comes to my disabilities and are very accommodating of my laundry needs.

Show some customer service. My friend had a very expensive woollen underlay washed here. The machine stained it with oil. The owners were rude, offered no support and were just focussing on their own inconvenience. After she complained more they offered to take it home to remove the stain. When they brought the underlay back the next day whatever treatment and drying they used had completely felted the wool. It was hard, lumpy and not fit to use. They then refused to let her claim it on their insurance and yelled at her to get out of the shop. They have no idea about washing special items and took no responsibility about ruining her $700 underlay, to the contrary they were annoyed at her. Never go there as you will face rude, unprofessional service and we doubt they have any insurance.

Not the best laundrette in this area. 40 mins medium high heat won't get your clothes dry.
The machines are all just outdated. This place needs some serious renovation.

One washing machine and a dryer ate my coins and "tokens" and then demanded more payment- tokens can only be purchased in multiples of 5 when machines require 6- meaning you need to purchase two sets and have several tokens wasted per wash. Finally Dryers are a complete waste of time- two normal loads of laundry done and each 45 minutes in separate dryers and clothes are still wet- would be better drip drying them apparently. Do not bother with this place.

Old machines and clothes dryers was useless. After 20 minutes using dryer, still my clothes was wet.

Good place to do your laundry. It has a pleasant area to sit and wait. They keep it clean and tidy.
