The food is very yummy, however I just wanted to write a review to especially compliment the young women who were working the counter. The restaurant was incredibly busy, and they were so friendly and working so hard. I hope that management does something nice for them because they're going above and beyond. I also hope perhaps they put some more staff on because it seemed like there were too many customers for just the few of the staff to serve all of them.

Dirty tea always sold out. -. - came straight away after work at 3.30pm still sold out.if you don’t know how to run a business, have a look at the bubble tea shops in Melbourne. Quality really makes a huge difference. LOL. Three times in a row. Waste my time. Never come back again. Congrats, you lost few customers. -. -

Fair price bubble tea and the XX. L chicken. Recommend the plum flavour over others. If you like the topioca or other things in the drink without having to purchase two drinks, you can ask staff to add an extra dose for 80c extra.

It's an Instagram worthy place to take cute pics, I'm not a fan of the metal straws or some of the Boba drinks but that's just me. Very good chicken strips. They're crunchy and have lots of flavour

Went in for a hot pot recently and while the tom yum base was lovely, the options of items to pick from were quite lacking. The chiller was half empty with only 2 or 3 vegetables in there, there were labels where other items should be, there was also only 1 noodle option to choose from. Unfortunately this left us quite disappointed

The fryed chicken was really good, sweet potato fries awesome, but the biggest let down was the beef brisket ramen, the broth was luke warm at best and the noodles were under cooked, also the build your own ramen was at least 75% empty and was only started to be filled at the time we were leaving at 1.30pm

The staff (short dye blonde hair) korean was very rude, thumps things on purpose and seemed to be in a hurry. She should'nt work at the front if her personality is unpleasant. Everything was great except for that one specific staff. The rest of the staff were fine.

As their demand increases, the service goes down. Their bubble tea does not match the other bubble teas in the area, for example, they are stingy when it comes to their black pearls.

When you order through uber eats, the wraps arrive soggy. Care really does not go into them wrapping their spicy chicken wraps.

They used to be so good and it is sad to see the service go down.

Bought two burger meal this morning, One burger was ok it was nice and hot, however the other one was freezing cold and the chicken was look like uncooked. Have to thrown it away.

Both me and my girlfriend go here pretty often or order from here on uber eats it's got a really unique ascetic cool music very nice seasoning on the chicken and a great range of teas to satisfy just about every palate and very customizable teas as well

Food was amazing, chicken was crispy and full of flavour. Malatang was so so and I find their milk tea a little bit too sweet to my taste.

Tonkatsu ramen is delicious! Have ordered so many times and it’s always amazing. The bubble tea doesn’t travel well in delivery but is still really nice

Their fried chicken, burgers and bubble tea are all extremely delicious! Best wings of my life! Definitely our go to place and cant recommend enough!

It’s good, staff are a nice if a little confused, it’s spicy, I asked, what’s the scale from 1-10, I got a “3”, I thought cool! It was “7” not a “3”, but still was nice. Fun relaxed atmosphere. Recommended!
