Bubba Pizza

Meh - not great & over priced - stingy toppings, dry lifeless base & paid $4 for an extra topping we didn't get.

I tend to always go to this pizza store, would highly recommend. They have really friendly staff.

Great pizza, just alittle oily or greasy.

Always great service. Last visit, cooking was delayed when I went to collect our order, as they were training a new cook. The manager threw in a garlic bread for our trouble.nice touch

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with hot honey, was left vomiting until 2 in the morning. It was a nice enough pizza but something definitely wasn’t right last night. Still feeling sick from it now.

Recently had a massive, very last minute order for a huge event at a venue which was pretty awkward to deliver/get too. Called 2 of the larger pizza chains who both flat out refused to assist but when I called the team at Bubbas Pizza Richmond they were nothing but helpful. I cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile to save the day for us. Amazing with communication & were happy to meet extra requests. Will forever now be our regular spot for pizza in Richmond.

Waste pizza and rude customer service.there really rude which doesn't make any sense. I don't recommend anyone to waste there money here.

We ordered about 30 pizza's from Bubba Pizza Richmond for an office lunch and everyone LOVED the pizza. Such great value for money, plus it travelled so well and was so nice once delivered.
Jamie is also so great to deal with. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The guy at front is dodgy, he will charge you for extra money on machine in terms of "surcharge". Be careful when you paying at front.

Large pizza for 19.50 on menu charging 20.50 saying it's bank's surcharge.

Savio was such a great help to us! Spent time on the phone trying to help us with our order and was super patient! Even delivered when they were tight on staff as we needed it for staff meeting. Food also tasted great! Great service overall.

I placed an order over the phone, it never arrived. I called an hour after ordering to see how far away it was and was told that the delivery driver couldn’t get access to my door. This is odd because I’ve previously ordered many times and the delivery driver always calls when they’re out the front. They tried to say they called and I didn’t answer but my phone didn’t ring, no voicemail, no text. They didn’t offer any solution apart from coming to pick it up myself (he also confirmed it was now cold) however I don’t have a car. It’s a shame because it was my favourite pizza in Richmond.

Had to wait over 45mins for pick up then pizza after they made the wrong pizza, one was pretty old and cold and one had raw dough! Definitely wont be going back.

We ordered pizzas for our wedding at a brewery close by. Guneet and the team were very accommodating and responded quickly to our emails in the lead up to the event. The pizzas were a big hit and disappeared as quickly as the boxes were opened! Thanks Bubba pizza Richmond!

Pizzas were bland and the toppings seemed to be of not very good quality, it's quite over priced for what is essentially a bad local pizza store offering from a franchise. There is much better and cheaper pizza options around.

Really yummy pizza with good customer service. Had an issue with delivery but was sorted relatively quickly and professionally.

The pizza is nice but I tried the fried chicken today and looked burned and not freshly made (all in very dark colour and dry). I asked about the sauce, the staff did not mention it was $2 extra for a small cup of sauce till I sensed the individual items price did not add up to the sum.

Order pizza an onion rings, pizza was okay onion rings turned up so burnt they were black! Onion rings were beyond inedible.why anyone would think that's acceptable to send it is beyond me tried to call store multiple times no answer! Had eaten here previously and food was great

Had a great experience ordering from here tonight.
They got my order perfect. They had some issues regarding their partner drivers, uber, so the delivery was late but they were very apologetic and offered a fresh order if it wasn't to my satisfaction.
But it was still delicious, just a bit on the cool side.

A really good fast food pizza. Loving the options and toppings available all for a good price. Ready in 10 min too which was amazing. Had the bbq meat lover pizza with bbq sauce

We bought a large chips for $9.90 (plus $1 for sauce) expecting the box to be somewhat full. When we opened it, it was less than 1/4 full. We counted 17 chips and were charged full price for another box.

Awful. Cold.undercooked. Anemic chips. Tired of trying to support those doing it tough due to covid when not getting anything back.
