I have been using Brett at BTM for a while now and won’t go anywhere else. What stands out along with his craftsmanship is his character. He takes the time to make you feel like you are making the best decision rather then just draining you of your $$$ like has happened with a previous plumber.

My wife and I moved into an existing old home and found a number of issues we weren’t aware of prior. Issues with the hot water service, toilet leaking, taps that had rusted out etc.

Brett was always honest and genuine in his conversations. He has trouble shooted over the phone to avoid unnecessary weekend or late night calls that come at larger costs to us, as well as giving honest feedback and work.

We recently renovated our kitchen, bath, laundry and toilet areas. We didn’t give 2nd thoughts to ringing BTM. Brett came out and quoted the work but also supported us with advice and his experience to help make our job easier and come into our budget.

His quality of work is high and we have never had an issue with it. Having said that he has always said. ‘Any issues, please ring me. ’ Well we haven’t needed to.

Came quickly after initially to look at the job of replacing roof sheet, quoted on time and then booked in a time on the day when it was the right weather to do the job.
One of the few people who have a detailed quote on what he’ll do and the sheets that will be used that removed any worry on what you were accepting when agreeing to do the job.

I had a couple of quotes before BTM and all that quoted just didn't seem queen to do the job and was quoted very pricey and wanted cash up front Brad was more then happy to do the job

I had a gas cooktop installed. Brett arrived on time and competently completed the work which was labour only, no parts required, within an hour. His manner was pleasant. As he had been recommended to me by another trades person I didn't request a quote. I was surprised when my account arrived as after GST the labour was worth just over $300.00. The certificate of compliance was $100.00 plus GST. I did not receive a certificate of compliance so asked to have one. Apparently they are lodged electronically and I had to especially request a copy which arrived after a reminder email. I asked for a receipt and was told that the invoice is also a receipt. I am not sure if all of this is normal these days for gas plumbing services but call me old fashioned. If I pay for a certificate I want a copy for my records. If I pay money I want a receipt stating that no more money is owed. In future I will ask for a quote regardless of a personal referral. Whilst I realise that self employed people have overheads and costs that PAYG employees don't, Ithink eight times my hourly rate is a bit over the top for less than one hours work.

Thank you Brett for coming to our rescue when we needed you. Every time we have contacted you you have been very polite and professional. When you have completed your work I have been thrilled that you have cleaned up after yourself; this is very important to me. I would highly recommend you to anyone asking for a punctual, professional, efficient, friendly Plumber. Thank you for being our Plumber.
