Today customer service is paramount and some people are exhausted tired and just not getting there. Pleaasantly surprised with Doug in the tech support area of this company, not only did he anwer all my questions, had my new macine delivered next day and still gave me excellent after sales support. Give these guys a go, thank me later. Great job Doug youre a credit to your company!

I highly recommend buying from this company! They are so helpful & there customer service is a solid 10/10. I haven’t had any problems at all dealing with them & I would like to thank both Doug & Kelvin. They are both really good at what they do & I won’t be going anywhere else. JUST WOW! These guys know what they are on about, I'm quite the greenhorn when it comes to ordering structural hardware, but they never fail to deliver, explaining the simple terms and helping you to find just whatever you after. Great customer service fellas!

Sad to see this once great business seems to have gone down the path of: " can't do, don't have it, we used to, blah blah". So I'll get online and put my faith in the internet. I want to buy something locally, but they don't give me an option.

I took my drills here to get repaired and was told that they'd phone me with a quote. A week had past and I had heard nothing so over the next few days I called them not once but 4 times, on each occasion I was told that someone would get back to me with a price. After a few days I still had not received a call so I visited the store to get my tools back. They couldn't understand why I was so upset and handed me back a drill that was in a hundred pieces and again promised me that he would phone me with a quote, a week later nothing!
Never again will I waste my time with this company, there are plenty of other business in Ballarat that respect it's customers and provide a far superior customer experience.
