Brunswick Medical Group reviews
13Doctors & nurses are super good & nice. But the receptionist needs to take more care of their job & responsibility I've arrived & reported 15 min before the appointment. She didn't even report to the doctor and made me wait for more than one and a half hours
Im a new patient to the clinic and was very happy with the care given. The Dr was great and the staff very friendly and helpfull. AAA+
My parents have attended Brunswick Medical Group for the best part of a decade. Most recently my mother required care for wounds sustained to her legs which have been complicated by her diabetes. Nurse Larisa did an amazing job, showing my mother tenderness and care all while keeping her spirits up and making her laugh. Thank you for providing such a fantastic service.
The receptionists always try their best to fit you in as it’s a very busy practice. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and caring. I’ve seen Dr Ron quite a few times now. This is a great family practice!
My experience at the Brunswick medical centre was very good the staff were friendly and the doctors as well
Dr Ron is great. The only problem is that they should leave a 15mins interval gap between each patient rather than one after another. Been waiting here for 30mins. But perhaps all the practices now a day. Lack of time management skills.
Overall experience 100% exceptional. From Dr. Cochrane to now Heather. Already more trusted than Glencairne Counsulting Suites and Brunswick Private Hospital. Which isn't surprising but disappointing.
The way Dr. HEATHER CHUNG did to get more money wasn't ethical and tricky.
1. I had to pay 110$ not regular 80$ fee due to more than 15min. She went into a stall by talking and asking unrelated things instead of doing quickly, even went out to find something then back which made time longer. Then charged me more.
2. She told me just to pay another day without mentioning it actually costs extra 20$.
I am visitor without medicare benefit. Moreover in this situation, it was ashamed to exploit and try to get more money in the way she did!
Dr Rod Omond is a lovely, warm gentleman. He approached me with genuine care and empathy and made me feel very at ease:)
Worst gp experience in a decade. Vague doctor with no investigative curiosity for my injury, even botched my Worksafe form so my claim got rejected, had to go back again to talk her through the sections she missed, only to find the gp was at work with the flu, coughing all over the place! Rude and unhelpful receptionist too. Finally found a good GP elsewhere and he was in disbelief at the complete lack of basic investigation to my back injury.
I don't like it when you get charged for missing appointment they get money from Medicare it's the only medical practice that does that
I've been going to this clinic since l was 26 yrs old that was forty years ago and still going there the staff are really friendly and the doctors are very competent and careing
So happy with this family medical clinic - they have looked after us for 14 years and they are so thorough and friendly.
